Worked with Vlad and Sales Manager Travis to purchase a 2021 Tesla. I was at the sister store down the street the day before and left dissatisfied with the level of service or attention. I didn't get quite what I wanted for my trade in (do you ever?) but the price for the car was fair, it needed to be detailed and was as promised and they beat my credit union interest rate by 1/2 of a percent! I forgot something in my trade in and went back a couple of days later to get it. The guy I spoke to on the phone about it was busy with another customer when I arrived and two other salespeople stepped up to help me. Car buying is rarely fun or easy but I have to say they have customer service down, which is what you're paying for - not the car. Recommended.

Do yourself a favor and steer away from buying a car at this dealership especially with the disrespectful salesman Domereay “D” McDonald. My wife and I bought a used car from him with the usual promises of “I’m on my way to get the car detailed for you”, “there’s nothing wrong with the car” and overall playing the nice guy as you’d imagine any salesman would be. The car was a good deal, carfax looked good and trusted D’s fake persona. Once we got the car it had several dents, scratches, was definitely not detailed because it was very dirty inside/out. After about a week we figured out the air conditioning doesn’t work. I contacted Autonation Bellevue four times until they could answer my question of “do I need to pay to get my air conditioning fixed even though I only had the car for a week or two?” I talked to a customer service lady over chat, a service person, Domereay, a salesman named Jim and Domereay again until I got an answer. The first time I talked to Domereay and told him about my situation all he said was to come and and we will take a look. I asked him if I had to make a service appointment and if I would have to pay. He avoided the question and all he said was to come in again. I ended up calling the next day to get a final answer because I didn’t want to drive 45 minutes for nothing and Jim transferred me to Domereay again. Now he says “because it doesn’t have a warranty and it’s an “as-is” vehicle, we wouldn’t be to do anything about it. Then goes on to disrespect me and call my wife my girlfriend even though he was the one who sold us the vehicle and we have the same last names. I just hoped this guy would be man and be straight up about my question instead of beating around the question. Also, they still haven’t sent me all the paperwork my wife and I signed after asking three different people to send it to me. I will never be coming here again and trying to help the community out by warning you of atrocious, disrespectful customer service.

I recently bought a new car that started having some issues. So I called the dealership that I bought it from (which was not Autonation Ford) and they told me it would be a couple of months before they could see me! I started calling around to all the other Ford dealerships and Autonation Ford Bellevue was the only one to be able to fit me in quickly for the issue. Michael was my service advisor and he was super helpful! Michael and the rest of the team were quick to diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle and got it back to me quickly. Got a flat while I had my dog in the car and just barely made it to the dealership before the tire was just totally wasted. Despite not having an appointment and the fact that these guys were clearly very busy, the team was super helpful. I was talked to within seconds of walking through the door and within minutes Chad and Mike had taken a look at my car and begun ordering the tires needed to get me back on the road. That service alone would have brought me back to this location but these guys went above and beyond and Scott even drove my wife, myself and my dog back to Mercer island since we couldn’t take a Lyft or Uber with our large dog. Seriously can’t recommend these guys enough! Definitely a customer for life.

We were told it was impossible due to covid we’d wait for a long time. Thru family connection we went to Ford AutoNation in Bellevue. Josh the general manager was extremely personable. He apologized that we’d have to wait for 3-4 months for the F150 Limited which we didn’t mind to wait. Mehran the sales gentleman was a total delight to work with, courteous and very informative. Terrible brought truck in for coolant leak and they programmed the truck without permission! It took them 3 weeks to fix their screw up. I was really disappointed with my experience. I won't say the salesperson's name, but when I arrived this morning, all I wanted was to look at the new Ford Mustang, get pricing and get more information. The gentleman who helped me really wasn't "with it" at all. I understand I came in slightly after opening, but he didn't listen to or help me at all. He kept trying to talk me out of Ford and into another car vendor. He then told me about his personal investments in EV which I didn't care to know or hear about. He didn't ask me what I wanted, why I was there or what I valued. And what really annoyed me were the curse words every few sentences. Sales 101: Greet someone with a smile, look them in the eye and say hello with your name. That's a good place to start. I went down to the Kirkland location where the experience was must different and I was able to purchase my car today. I know it's post-COVID and people are short staffed, but be respectful. And to the manager reading this, I don't want to call your showroom and see how you "can make it better". It's okay, people have off days. Just wanted to bring to your attention.

Brought my truck in because I had a coolant leak. The service advisor is Josh. He provided great communication and was very thorough with explaining my situation I had. Howard who is the technician also explained what had happened and explained exactly what was needed to be done to fix my problem. Taking my car there for service has always been efficient and friendly, never have had any issues. On my last service, wasn't a big deal, just thought it was odd that when I was dropping off my car the day before during service hours, the person said I had to leave my keys in the night drop box and he couldn't take them. The whole point getting there during hours was to give them my keys and not using the key drop box.

Our ford cmax hybrid kept having battery issues. We ended up replacing the battery two years ago. Well the battery died again about a month ago, which was odd because we made sure to drive the car at least once a week and we kept it inside the garage. So we made an appointment here to have them figure out what was going on with the battery. Turned out that there was a bug in the software that kept turning on the screen to check for updates. Nothing we could have done to fix it ourselves and it was literally a bug in their software that caused the problem, yet since the car was out of warranty, they insisted that we pay for it. Not only that, but it was $500 for a software update! Really displeased with the outcome. The cherry on top? They had our car for multiple days and didn’t even vacuum inside or wash it.

I had an appointment at 11:40am for a lab oil change & 2 recalls needed to be done on my new bronco sport. I showed up on time, the guy taking in my car was super nice. I initially marked my appointment as a waiting appointment but the day had changed so I said I was leaving it for a couple of hours & I’d be back in a bit, figure that way they got a little wiggle room if something came up & I didn’t have to sit there for an hour. So 3 1/2 hrs go by & there is no call from the service department, so I call them, surely my car is done OR if they had a problem I would have known by now. That’s when I get the displeasure of dealing with Stevie & his complete cockiness & unprofessionalism. Before I can even finish my sentence to ask what’s up with my car, he cuts me off telling me “they’re taking it now” … NOW? 3 1/2 hrs AFTER my appointment time. I tell him I’ll be back to the dealership in about and hour, I’m then told he’ll call me if it’s ready, sir, no matter what I’ll be there, I need my car & you’ve ample time to get it done or alert me to an issue. He then says “we’ll if it’s ready you can have it” and blows me off. I show up an hour & a half later, & again he cuts me off saying it’s “almost done” I say “almost done as in 10/20/30 minute? And hour” .. he tells me 30 mins. An HOUR later I have to go to him & say “Steve is done yet what’s going on?!” He tells me it’s done and has the audacity to THROW the keys at me on the counter at me. Slam a car coupon on the counter and proceeds to tell me they could only do one recall & the parts for the other recall he doesn’t know when they’ll get or what they call me. Sounds pretty on point for the service Steve provides. FIVE HOURS later my car is ready. Five hours for an oil change & a small recall. Never again will I go to this dealership, what an absolute dick Steve was. I can’t believe he has a job there still. Incredibly rude.

When my engine blew on my 1.0 focus The guys and gals at autonation Ford have been very friendly and helpful. Within a couple of months after waiting on Ford HQ to ship the engine as well as wait on a part that was damaged in shipping they installed the new engine for me and it’s been running great the past 24,000 miles with no issues. I go here for oil changes and other little maintenances and it’s always been reasonably priced and has been top notch repairs.

My car is about 12 years old and needed a check-up and some things fixed/replaced. I was able to easily schedule an appointment. They didn't have any same day appointments, but the scheduler worked really hard to find something that worked for my schedule. I appreciate they have a drop off option and longer hours for people that work longer days. My car is working well now and I have no complaints about the repairs. The reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because it was difficult to reach the technician working on the car. I wanted to ask about how long my car would be in the shop and for an estimate. It took a few phone calls over a couple of days to reach him. However, when I did; he explained everything in detail and provided me an estimate of the repairs. The job took a little longer than I expected, but he explained to me that was because they had to wait for a parts shipment from CA, which sounded reasonable to me. If you have any car repair needs, this is a good place to go!

This was the worst place to try to buy a car online. They have manipulated their prices. Then when I requested a purchase order, they never sent it to me. They are selling cars on their website that has already been sold, just to try to have them try to sell you a different car. The sales person hung up on me when I tried to speak to the manager about a car that was for sale, then it was sold to someone else. Then a day later the car is still on their website and the price dropped $300. Then when I call to inquire, their computer is down, the manager is not in , and then they hung up on me. I will not buy a car from AutoNation. I give them a 0 zero review.

I'm unhappy with them. I took my car in to get it looked over because have a few things I needed checked out and get an oi change. The oil change included new wiped. I was very clear I didn't want mine replaced, as I had just put new ones on that every the top of the line and worked amazingly. However when I picked up my car I was told they replaced my wiper and somehow didn't know where they put the ones they removed. I was unhappy but they told me they ones they put on were great. umm that is not the case. This morning it was raining and the new wipers suck. I definitely will be going back and they need to fix this. I hate when you make it very clear on what you want and they don't listen.

I picked up our car from being serviced and the car had to be jumped. A part of the major services is checking the battery and it was listed as okay on the paperwork. It created other errors when checked through diagnostics and I we were told it was our fault and we needed to purchase a new battery and have other services performed. This didn’t make us trust what services were provided and having them do anything more to the vehicle. Needless to say, we are looking for other places to service our vehicles.

After calling 10 other dealerships for the glass recall, and getting a "no we don't do that" response, was surprised to find that AutoNation in Bellevue had a process already setup. Seamless, brought the car in on a Tuesday, had it back the following Thursday (and likely would've had it sooner - but they opted to make sure I had the latest charging curve software update as well). Overall, solid experience, and would recommend them to anyone who needs the glass recall handled quickly.

Most recent purchase of the new big Bronco was a nice process even though the wait was long. Autonation Ford Bellevue was quick and efficient. They got me right in to drop off my car, even though I couldn’t remember who my appointment was with and didn’t have a confirmation email, they set me up with Steven who was very pleasant and got me all checked in. He let me know the servicesi was getting (60k miles) informed me of the quoted price and allowed me to adjust a few things I didn’t need. My car was finished the following day by noon and I got a text to pick up immediately! I work long shifts so couldn’t make it there before they closed at 7, but Steven worked with me, let me pay over the phone and I was able to pick up my car after hours. Very great experience. My only reason for marking one star is how expensive they are.

The good news is my truck was seemingly diagnosed correctly and the repairs done well. The bad news is…wow. This was a customer service nightmare that evolved into a running joke with my family, my co-workers, and even the dealership staff. When I dropped my truck off for repairs, I was told it would be looked at in a few days. All well and good. A couple weeks later when I called back they hadn’t even looked at it yet. I kept checking back every few days, but most of the time when I called, nobody would answer. It was almost impossible to contact or get a callback from anyone in the repair department. I was eventually told early-on that the shop had been closed for a week because mechanics had gotten Covid. Understandable for that period of time, but it didn’t explain why my truck still had not been evaluated even a month after I dropped it off! I emailed the Repair Manager, Drew. He never responded to that email or any phone messages. I tried using the Bellevue Ford website to ask for the email address to the General Manager from their online Chat support. They told me they could not provide that to me. And disconnected without warning. Whenever I did manage to speak to the service tech handling my truck, all he could do was repeatedly promise that they would get to my truck “tomorrow”. Eventually I could hear his own frustration and chagrin with the process when he realized he had told me the same thing at least 6 times over the previous weeks… Well, finally, almost a month and half after bringing the truck in, it was worked on. But it’s not over…After replacing my distributor, I was told they could not actually complete the job yet because the timing needed to be adjusted for the new distributor. They could not do this because-hold onto your seat-the repair shop did not have a timing light! How in the world does an automotive repair shop of any size, let alone one of the biggest Ford dealers in the region, not have a timing light in their repair shop??? I was told it would have to wait until tomorrow, so one of their mechanics could bring his personally owned timing light from home! I’m glad he did, but if the dealership didn’t have a timing light, why didn’t they just immediately go down the road to an auto parts store and buy one for their service department??? It’s not like they won’t need it again at some point! The job was finally finished a month and half after bringing it in. For a job that really only should’ve taken a half day, from diagnosis to repair. Honestly, I’m surprised they didn’t try to charge me a storage fee too. It’s a good thing my wife had to work from home, so I could use her car. Otherwise I would’ve had to add the cost of a rental car to this fiasco. I asked about a loaner. They don’t offer that.

4 months ago we dropped our car off to replace the hydraulic control module. It wasn't only until just recently that we were able to get our car back. Even though the process was quite long, our car now works better than when we bought it! Try to be patient with the team at the service center, they're trying their best amidst the parts shortage. Josh and the rest of the team were very kind, they do great work, and were great to work with. Our only feedback for the team would be to try and improve communication of any updates or time estimations. Sometimes it was hard to reach the team, and we had to wait a week for the callback.

The dealership does not allow for price negotiation. The minimum 50-point inspection on a used car is automatic. My understanding was that they check the brakes. After picking up the car on my first drive, I noticed the brakes were stuttering. When I took it to Les Schwab for a brake inspection, I was told the rear brake calipers were frozen. UGH! This could have been costly if I did not find out. This would have been important the dealership shared with me and offered to remedy so the car was safe to drive. FRUSTRATING! I also never received the final results of the 50-point inspection (i.e. was the oil changes, etc.). On the other hand, my sales representative was friendly and enthusiastic. Even the financial representative was easy to work with in completing the final paperwork. This was my first car purchase ever and I wish the dealership would have worked harder with me to make this experience superb. I love the car nevertheless and look forward to using it on my daily commute.

I was kind of dreading the car buying process, but was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and accommodating the staff was at Auto Nation Ford Bellevue. The sales staff was personable and patient, and they didn't make me feel pressured, nor did they try to sell me anything I didn't want- I honestly felt like they had my best interest at heart. The staff person in charge of getting financing approved went above and beyond and got me a much lower interest rate than I expected. I really appreciated their 5 day/250 mile warranty that gave me the option to return the car within that time no questions asked. I've had some really bad car buying experiences, including where I test drove a car and bought it the next day only to get it home and have it start making noises that were not present the day prior... and then I was stuck with a car that needed repairs that cost about the same amount that I paid for the car. So knowing that I had 5 days to drive the car and if any surprises came up I had the option to return the car, that was a huge relief to me. They also have a 3 month warranty where they guarantee to repair any major issues within three months from purchase. Last week my battery died, and the guy from AAA said that the battery was the original one from when the car was brand new in 2017. So I called Auto Nation and told them what happened and they replaced my battery for free. My point being, it has been my experience that this car dealership operates with integrity and they take care of their customers.

At AutoNation Ford Bellevue, my overall experience was pretty great! I special ordered a vehicle with Matt (Fleet Manager) a few months back and he was helpful throughout the whole process. When I found out my vehicle arrived at the dealership, Matt was able to confirm that it could be ready that same day and set up the appointment to come by at a time that worked best for me. He helped me set up Fordpass and made sure I understood the ins and outs a bit. Tina (Finance Manager) was super helpful as well with helping me understand my options and what may be best for my particular vehicle. In the end, I left with what I wanted and no special marks ups as far as price on my vehicle. Would definitely come back here if I was in need of another vehicle and would definitely work with Matt again.

I bought my 2012 Nissan Murano on February 6, 2022 at AutoNation Ford Bellevue. Through this letter I want to manifest how disappointed and discontent I am with my experience with your business. At the same time, I want to make clear that I would like to return this car for a full refund which includes my down payment and cancellation the contract with AutoNation at Ford Bellevue. As a driver, I don't feel safe operating this vehicle. In less than two weeks, the car has already presented three major safety issues. One of the brake lines is broken, there is a major leak in the transmission of the car, and there is a recall that has not been fixed yet. The day I bought the car they told me it went through a 15-point safety inspection test and that the car was fine to drive. On top of that, they assured me that they took care of all the recalls the car had and there were no issues with the vehicle. According to the dealership, the only remaining issues are cosmetic and the front two fog lights that were not working at the time. On the Nissan website, there is still an unresolved recall that has not been completed yet. On Sunday February 20, 2022 the vehicle's emergency parking light and traction control light turned on. In order to look for a solution I went by an O'Reilly Parts store and the store associate who helped us mentioned that the vehicle didn't have any brake fluid and it was unsafe to operate. We scheduled an appointment with a mechanic to check our car on Wednesday February 23, 2022 and after looking at it, he found a severed brake line on the left rear side and a major leak on the transmission of the vehicle. According to him, the vehicle is in unsafe conditions and could fail at any moment, either because the transmission will fail due to lack of fluid or the brakes would not respond because of the severed brake line. At this point I had to drive with big uncertainty to AutoNation Ford Bellevue to explain the concerns and proposed a solution of a full refund and cancellation of the contract. They kept telling me that the vehicle was 10 years old and because of that they would not be able to do much about it. I mentioned to them that I did not want the vehicle because it represented a big threat for me and I felt really unsafe driving it. I had to wait around 2 hours in order to get a response from them, the best solution they came up with was to fix the brakes and not even refill the transmission fluid and fix the transmission. They say that if the car was sold as an ‘as-is’ car there was not much that they could do about it, and that "we don't know when is going to break that's the reason we sell the car as-is." The vehicle was not sold 'as-is' and I have a photo of the Dealer Warranty statement on the Buyers Guide posted on the car, with the car with the vehicle make and model and VIN Number. They claimed that the vehicle went through a safety inspection, however there still an uncomplete recall, brakes issue, and transmission issue only after 2 weeks of purchasing the vehicle. This is three major safety concerns that was not mentioned prior to purchasing the vehicle. I do not trust what they claim. At this point, I am really upset and displeased with the service, lies, and lack of caring about my safety the manager at AutoNation had. How can you refuse to honor the dealer warranty and try to claim that the car is marked as an ‘as-is’, so that you guys will not respond for the damages or my safety when it has not even been a month since buying the car? How can you claim that this car was safe to drive when there are three major concerns that has been diagnosed? My proposed solution is to receive a full refund and to have the contract canceled. I do not feel safe operating a vehicle that has three major safety failures after two weeks of having purchased it. These three issues are known, but I wonder what other issues that I do not know about? These issues are not cosmetic or superficial. These are three major concerns that are present and can lead to a car accident or even worse a deadly road casualty.

We scheduled an appointment with a mechanic to check our car on Wednesday February 23, 2022 and after looking at it, he found a severed brake line on the left rear side and a major leak on the transmission of the vehicle. According to him, the vehicle is in unsafe conditions and could fail at any moment, either because the transmission will fail due to lack of fluid or the brakes would not respond because of the severed brake line. At this point I had to drive with big uncertainty to AutoNation Ford Bellevue to explain the concerns and proposed a solution of a full refund and cancellation of the contract. I mentioned to them that I did not want the vehicle because it represented a big threat for me and I felt really unsafe driving it. I had to wait around 2 hours in order to get a response from them, the best solution they came up with was to fix the brakes and not even refill the transmission fluid and fix the transmission. They say that if the car was sold as an ‘as-is’ car there was not much that they could do about it, and that "we don't know when is going to break that's the reason we sell the car as-is." The vehicle was not sold 'as-is' and I have a photo of the Dealer Warranty statement on the Buyers Guide posted on the car, with the car with the vehicle make and model and VIN Number. They claimed that the vehicle went through a safety inspection, however there still an uncomplete recall, brakes issue, and transmission issue only after 2 weeks of purchasing the vehicle. This is three major safety concerns that was not mentioned prior to purchasing the vehicle. I do not trust what they claim. At this point, I am really upset and displeased with the service, lies, and lack of caring about my safety the manager at AutoNation had. How can you refuse to honor the dealer warranty and try to claim that the car is marked as an ‘as-is’, so that you guys will not respond for the damages or my safety when it has not even been a month since buying the car? How can you claim that this car was safe to drive when there are three major concerns that has been diagnosed? My proposed solution is to receive a full refund and to have the contract canceled. I do not feel safe operating a vehicle that has three major safety failures after two weeks of having purchased it. These three issues are known, but I wonder what other issues that I do not know about? These issues are not cosmetic or superficial. These are three major concerns that are present and can lead to a car accident or even worse a deadly road casualty.

I came in with a mustang (that would not start and had many issues) that was left to me from the passing of a family friend, that meant a great deal to me and my dad. Michael was both very professional and caring about my situation. He and his techs were able to get the car running, got it into great condition, and kept me up to date with any updates that came from the work. Pricing was more than fair and I cannot express my gratitude for the work these guys put into this car. Dealer or maybe just the service advisor wont honor the recall - door latch wont open in cold weather which I experienced. Service advisor Josh is providing inconsistent explanation of the recall issue: recall vs extended warranty, permanent vs intermittent failure, all weather vs cold weather etc etc. Availability for a schedule is more than a week. Drop off for service at their earliest schedule in the morning ~7:20ish am. In addition to recall, I have two other service request i.e. brake and noise. The noise maybe related to brakes. No update or call on status so I called around 4pm to get update. Service advisor informed me they need more time to keep vehicle to investigate the noise that is hard to reproduce and alluding to as if they where working on it. What they did not know is I have car monitoring/tracking system. Car was parked in parking and no movement or opening of doors for 24hrs. I called the next day pretending I do not know and asked if they have been driving the vehicle or even check the brake concerns. Advisor was not completely honest until I divulged that I have tracking system. I ended up just picking up my vehicle and not continue with any service. What is the point of sending me recall from ford and recall reminder from dealer with clear instructions how to avail and with description of issue if that will not be honored or I have to like prove that there is an issue and have debate as stated above? What is the point of scheduling ahed of time if vehicle service cannot start on same day? And why not be transparent and straight up honest on the actual status and worked being done on the vehicle and not be caught lying thanks to my tracking system.

They really need to hire more people in that department so the customer experience is not diminished. We had an overall good experience with the buying process; the sales department was easy to work with, so we did end up buying our truck from Autonation Ford Bellevue on December 27th, 2021. The problem ensued after the purchase. We traded in our old truck which had a payoff owed. I signed everything that day and left the vehicle and assumed it would follow proper channels, but it did not. 4 weeks after trading it in, I found out from my old lender that the old truck was never paid off and my payment was late. I started calling Bellevue Ford, I left 3 messages the first week, no one called me back. I started calling again last week, left 2 more messages and finally received a call back from Tina in Finance, she said she would have me an answer next day and low and behold 6 days later still nothing. It is now February 8th, 2022 and my truck is still not paid off. I've spoken to a manager twice and am being told they will get back to me. Still nothing. My biggest disappointment is the lack of follow through. Ironically, prior to buying the truck, they were calling us daily to get the sale made, but when a problem arises after they take our money, I can't get a call back to save my life! How we have been treated once they won our business tells us everything we need to know about how they actually value their customers. I am still on the hook to my old lender to pay the payment for a truck that I do not have anymore or my credit will be negatively affected. I am very disappointed in my experience with Autonation Ford Bellevue. Be aware when trading in a vehicle here, it's been over 6 weeks since the trade in and I am still waiting on a call back!

I have been in for service twice with my new Transit. Both times the service advisor (same person) seemed at best totally indifferent, at worst actually annoyed about my presence. I assume the service was performed but both times the advisor was too busy to print and hand the work order or invoice. He assured me I would get an email with that document, but I haven't seen it yet (4 business days later). No one has been openly hostile so I suppose I'll add a star for that.

When I drop off at 8:10am, and they quote 1h30min, I understand that is approximate. When I check in at 9:50a and you tell me it will be ready by 10a, great. Unfortunately, I finally received my vehicle back at 10:35a (probably would have been much later had I not been standing right in the front of the desk waiting.. If they had quoted accurately, I could have made adjustments to my schedule, but no, you bumped another vehicle ahead of me because they were in a hurry, even though I had an appointment.

I had just had my 30k service performed here on my 2019 Ford and weeks later I had to bring it back to FORD AUTONATION BELLEVUE because now the engine light was on. They called me the next day to tell me that I had serious engine problems and might need a new engine. I called every week to follow up on the progress of the work and they never answered the call or returned my voicemails. Every time I went into the location they told me either Steven was in a meeting or had already gone home. I called every week and left a voicemail for over 6 weeks with no update. During this entire time, I received calls from the sales manager (I think his name was Dan) over 12 times a day including holidays and weekends. This is after I already expressed I wasn't interested in a new vehicle. This dealer claimed they had no loaners whatsoever and were just too busy to get to working or even looking at my vehicle. I went and spoke to the mechanics and they told me they were so slow that they hadn't had any cars come in and had nothing to do. Why wouldn't this dealer work on my vehicle I do not know. I support my family by working and without my vehicle for this time I went into debt. I ended up having AAA tow my vehicle from this location to sound ford in Renton where they diagnosed it in under an hour and said it was just a small leak and ended up fixing it two hours later. I am absolutely astounded by the unprofessionalism of Steven, the entire service department at this location, and the sales manager Dan.

***edit: Just reviewing my receipt for the oil change. They charged me for 15 quarts of oil in a truck that only takes 13 quarts, including the capacity of the oil filter per the Ford manual. Use caution when dealing with them and review your bill before you pay them. I have tried calling a few times to get a refund for the over charged amount, but they NEVER answer the phone… or if they do the girl answering the phone says service advisor is with a customer but she will have him call back, which never happens.*** Slow service department. I had an appointment for the first oil change on my new truck. It took two hours… no other services such as tire rotation or anything, just an oil change with an appointment.

I will state up to delivery there were some frustrations with communication. I unfortunately was unable to get email answered regarding status or vehicle. I attempted no less than 5 times, including calls and google messaging service they had. I received more emails to review them, then to get a hold of an agent. I write this so other than may be in the same boat know the experience. My situation may be unique as the salesman I originally working with at time of order does not work there anymore. That being said, if you aren’t able to get they anyone I do recommend Alex as he was able to get me straightened up after being the only one to answer and return my calls! At the end of the day I am happy with the sales exchange I received. Thanks Alex! Addendum Unfortunately contact after sale is lacking. After review emails were completed then no more contact. Waiting 30 days for email response, sent a ping and still no response.

Why is no one wearing a mask in this place???!!! I went in for a simple service appointment. Ok, Paul, who helped me with my appointment did mask up when I came in. I wanted to wait for my car to be done. We expected 1 hour and I had work to do. The inside of the place looked like 2016. Not one person, sales manger, no one, in the facility had a mask on in the enclosed space. I did not feel like it would be responsible to stay there with my mom on the way to visit for Christmas. This place does not welcome customers with any kind of responsibility.

Excellent experience buying my Ford Mustang Mach-E premium from the dealership, they were supportive throughout the process and the buying process was frictionless. During delivery they kept me upto date with all the info requested and were prompt in their responses. They were also one of the few dealerships not charging additional markups on the MachE's which is highly appreciated. The only two points of improvement that would make this excellent experience perfect would be: I hope they send you frequent updates regarding your car order from front instead of you having to request it, they make it easier to communicate with your personal dealership representative over the phone.

The worst service center experience I've ever had. Not only did they have my vehicle for 2 months, it was constantly delayed due to the technicians constant call outs, two weeks worth. There were daily excuses for why it was not done after that. Then when the transmission was finally in, they messed up software wiring and postponed pick up further. This location is in Bellevue, I'm in Portland. I spent weeks not knowing what day I had to drive 7 hours round trip. Then when I finally got it back, I had it for 4 days before I realized they didn't put the splash guard back on it. Steve tried to say it didn't come with one. Don't you think as a professional he would have mentioned this vital piece that is needed to cover the transmission they just put in? It did come with one because I personally saw it the week before drop off when I installed a bolt. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE CENTER!

Purchased a 2017 Ford Escape through autonation with a 90 day warranty. There was an issue with the compression and I had to get a part replaced, a part that I know only costs about $200. They kept my car for 10 days and charged me $1000, for only an hour of work on the car (Now I believe the service rates are about $185 an hour). My warranty should have covered this! my car broke down 6 times prior to my appointment. The lack of communication of the staff at this location combined with the natural exploitation of a car dealership totals out to almost a complete scam. My car obviously had a problem when they sold it to me even though it was advertised as inspected and certified pre owned. Not to mention the way it feels to be treated as a young woman when you walk into a place like this, I received no details about the fix of my car and I had nothing written up to tell me or explain anything, the guys at the front desk seemed very surprised when I started openly discussing my car because they obviously thought that I (A woman) knew nothing about compression. The only reason my warranty didn't work was because the sales manager refused to contact the warranty people, he asked me to and even referred me but when I tried, they told me it needed to be done through the sales manager. Please take your money somewhere else and never buy a car through autonation!

this was our 2nd time selling a vehicle to Ford Bellevue Autonation. it took longer this time. not the end of the world. the process took about two hours. Matthew chatted with us while we waited. He was nice. Our original contact, Chris, was busy. Chris was very good. Our big concern is that some of the employees were lax with masks. One representative, in particular, was without mask for extended periods of time. Perhaps an hour. He walked back and forth through the sales floor without a mask. He sat at his desk for a long time without a mask when he wasn't eating or drinking. I believe his name is George. He's the person who dealt with us in January when we sold our Mini to you. Overall, it was a good experience. We'd recommend you guys.

I reached out to the dealership after my last service. I have not received a response. Yet I have received 3 emails requesting I leave feedback. My husband's truck needed service and we had to take it to another dealership because Auto Nation didn't respond to me. They worked to help me order my car and take care of issues from the manufacturer so a week later we bought a new truck for my husband. We felt they earned our loyalty. The way my car looked after the last service, I wanted to speak to someone about trust with future service. I really don't know where I'm supposed to go for service now. GT350 owners are not in the majority so it's harder to find dealerships with experienced technicians. I'm at a loss for words. I'm so tired of Ford's lack of quality builds and having to regularly dealer shop for customer service. I thought I had built a solid relationship with Auto Nation Ford of Bellevue. From the beginning, Chris was super communicative during the entire sales process including status updates on my Bronco production. He was very transparent about the transaction and confirmed on multiple occasions that I would be receiving my vehicle at MSRP despite other dealerships adding market adjustment due to limited production. Which brings me to today as I’ve had my vehicle two days now and cannot say enough good things about my vehicle and the entire sales process. Once the vehicle arrived, I was in/out in roughly 2 hours which included the wait time to get the vehicle prepped and ready to go. Overall, I am very satisfied with the entire staff at AutoNation Ford Bellevue for making my purchase experience relatively easy and satisfactory.

Be sure to check the date on the tires and battery, because less than 6 hours after pulling out of the lot, one of the 11 year old tires literally exploded, and after a month I'm still waiting for reimbursement from the dealership for just one tire despite needing to buy an entire set. The battery was also nearly 8 years old and setting it up to a battery tester showed it had at most a week of life left. Good thing I tested it since I guess they didn't. Calling the dealership is like pulling teeth to get an answer out of anyone. And the sales rep who sold me the vehicle and said to contact him if I had an issues vanished as soon as I left the door. The truck hasn't been engulfed in flames nor any other issues, but you'd expect a dealership to at least properly maintain the cars themselves, since I had to spend $500+ on something the dealership should be responsible for.

Shame on you AutoNation "Ford of Bellevue" for gouging your loyal customers! I have a 2016 Limited F150 purchased brand new with a Platinum Service Plan ($3800). Two tire pressure sensor faults ( 2 TEA PMS Sensors), outdated GPS maps, and 2 days after dropping the truck off for early bird service, I called the shop. Mike the service advisor quoted me $265.52 per tire for repairs. He explained that the batteries go 'bad' in these self contained sealed units after 4-5 years. He went on to explain that I should do all four and that the 'update' on the GPS maps would be $320.95 + Tx. Of Course, ZERO of this covered by my very expensive top of the line service plan because the units did not fail mechanically. It was the batteries.....and batteries aren't covered. He did admit that there was a 'gray' area in contract interpretation. But blamed that on FORD Manufacturing who said it was not covered after he put the part number into the computer. Off the phone with AutoNation, I called Big O Tires who was more than happy to replace all 4 sensors in the tires for $80 ea. or $320 +tx total. Off the phone with Big O, I called Ford Manufacturing co, They said the I didn't need AutoNation to do the GPS map update. They said I could simply hook the truck up to WIFI and do it myself in seconds for free. Which I ended up doing. Off the phone with Ford Manufacturing, I called AutoNation back and explained to Mike what I had found. It took Mike approximately 10 minutes to 'Check with his parts guys' and call me back with a comparable $80 price per tire on the tire sensors. He said that he would 'give me a deal' by matching the price Big O had given me...But that I had to do all 4. He mentioned that these were OEM parts and not the cheapies the others install. He had nothing to say about the GPS map update. I authorized the repairs. It honestly seems like the wild west with the prices the Service Advisors are quoting....Especially in lieu of revenue lost to covid over the last 1.5 years. Like most services, prices have sky rocketed, and we the people pay and pay and say nothing. We should stand together and not let this happen. The sell us expensive vehicles with expensive 'peace of mind' service contracts with 'ambiguity at best' in a service plan I was sold and told was the bumper to bumper 'worry free' up to 75,000 mi. I'm currently at 38,00 mi and feel so betrayed, I want to sell it. But that wouldn't help us either. Used car prices are up 38% from a year ago. Any takers? WOW!

My husband bought a Ford Escape from this dealer 7 years ago and got duped into spending thousands on 7-year 100k-mile Premium Maintenance Plan which suppose to cover all maintenance needs including brakes, shocks, 30k, 60k and more. However, over the years they never did any of those required service other than oil changes. When we got suspicious at year 6 and asked for 60k service to be done, we were told our vehicle didn't need it and those traditional 60k service doesn't apply to newer model vehicles. We are not auto technicians and took their words as truth. However, as soon as our 7-year maintenance plan expired, we took our car in for oil change. We were given a long list of 60k service list quoted at $1800+. We were furious. AutoNation did not give us a good answer why we were denied 60k service when it was covered by the plan other than the lady who denied our service has left the company. We tried to negotiate with them and they just flatly ignored us. and refused to make things right. I just want everybody to know that this business is a crook and doesn't honor its commitment. Never trust them and never do business with them. It will save you money. Lesson learned!

We purchased a 2016 ford expedition with about 80,000 miles on it. Overall the car seemed to be worth what they were asking for it and it had all the features and options we were looking for.Overall the actual buying process was painless and no real pressure to purchase a bunch of warranty. About 3 weeks into owning the car a transmission warning light came on, it was still under the dealership short period warranty that they provided so it went right back in to get checked out. They dont offer loaners but initially offered us a low coast rental which we declined (about $50 a day if I remember correctly). It took them a week to diagnose the issue, something I had already done in about 15 minutes by pulling the fault codes, I could of even given them a list of what issues cause the codes and what the fixes are, worst case you need a new torque converter which is what they said ours ended up being. It was another week for them to get approval to pay for repairs by the warranty company, at which point they offered us another rental paid for by the warranty, as they said repairs would be about 4 days I declined as we had other options for driving. Repairs ended up taking almost two weeks, not 4 days, communication with them was not great and I was constantly phoning for updates when they missed deadlines they gave me, also their phone systems sucks and most of the time it would go to voicemail and then they almost never called you back. On a friday I spoke to the service advisor and she stated that the car would be ready for me tuesday to pick up and they would call me on monday to confirm (they are about an hour drive from home so wanted to be sure it was ready) Come monday no call (big surprise) I called tuesday morning and they confirmed the car was ready so we headed out to pick it up. This was supposed to be fully covered by warranty but when I got to the dealership they gave me an invoice with a balance due of about $180, I questioned this as it gave no breakdown of what the fee was for, they thought it might be for a transmission service (that they just rebuilt under warranty) they were not sure and could not ask the service advisor I had been working with as she no longer worked at the dealership. As they could not explain what the fee was for and that they had the car in service longer than we had owned it, they waived the fee. I was also a little surprised to see that they did not wash or detail the car even though they had it for so long. We have only put about 200 miles on the car since the work was done but so far all appears to be fine with the repair. We are headed to spokane this weekend and will see how it does on that trip.

This is my first experience with AutoNation and probably will be my next one too. Tim Stakkestad helped me to finalize the deal over email and moved the car from California to Washington before I paid a single penny. He was very passionate and energetic over email and in person, I had a great chat with him about books while waiting for all the paperwork to be prepared. He is very easy to work with and even found a secret rebate for me on the delivery day! That absolutely blow my mind and was the best news I heard since pandemic. The second best news was the previous day he emailed me that my car arrived. Brandon Anderson, the financial manager, was also very nice guy who guided me to sign all the paperwork. Previously my purchase experience elsewhere usually lead to some numeric errors or hidden charges in this step, not here. All numbers were the numbers we agreed on, no surprises or no hidden charges. Overall, this is the best purchase experience I ever had so far. None of the sales techniques that make you feel extremely uncomfortable exist here. I was treated as customer and I can feel they truly care about my whole experience instead of trying to maximize profit.

I would recommend ASHLEY at AutoNation and ERIK the mechanic. I had a problem with my car stemming from an accident almost 2 years ago, when it was "fixed" at Service King they fixed it with faulty parts and forgot to include the sensors even though I brought it back multiple times (over the course of nearly 2 years I dealt with 5 managers over there) AS WELL AS bringing it to AutoNation multiple times complaining my sensors weren't working. NO ONE took me seriously, it was a waste of time. I blame it on these multiple men at both locations that think this woman doesn't know anything about her own car. 🙄 Not wanting to give up, I brought it in again to AutoNation and thank goodness I got Ashley on my case...she's been angel who helped solve my problem with Erik who went through line item by line item like a super sleuth to figure out the sensors were never installed! So 7 useless service men later (5 at Service King and 2 at AutoNation), I was FINALLY taken seriously but a woman. Go figure. Thank you Ashley and Erik!!!

I have been a customer at the dealership for purchases, service and parts for 30 years. Hmmm, that’s a long time. In almost every case the experience has been a pleasure even when the news concerning my vehicle was less than optimal. This last service was tough to manage. Replacement part was back ordered and when received the new part was defective. My vehicle sat for weeks and eventually was repaired. It was a rough experience for me with the wait and confusion and for Josh in service in keeping a vehicle for so long. Sometimes, things are tough and I don’t feel the circumstances deserves a rating other than satisfactory. Things should have moved along quicker and communication could have been better. I’m sure as history has shown experience and expectations will meet up and I’ll continue as a loyal happy customer. Appreciate the work and service at Bellevue Ford AutoNation.

Don't go around this dealer if your car broke, two weeks ago on Wednesday my diesel van broke and I towed it to them, I talk to Steve (service advisor) and he told me they will check my car tomorrow but it took 4 business days to tell me what's wrong with my car and he gave me a quote around $2300 before tax and I said ok. Then after he passed it to Ashley (service advisor) and she called me and said he gave you a wrong quote, and it is going to be around $3200 with tax and I said no problem. After two weeks I go there to pickup my car and she put a bill in front of me about $4680 and when I complained she took of $600 but still I paid $800 more than what they told me if I new it will cost me that much I never took my car there.They just rip-off you.

The service rep. Josh was very courteous and thorough. Despite a long waiting time retrieving the vehicle, it was quite pleasant. Waiting area was clean and well equipped to provide different drinks and the WIFI was easily accessible with good speed. The only thing the dealership did not provided was a car wash like some of the other car makers do. Buit the experience was very pleasant nevertheless.

I was a bit disappointed in my first service experience. 1 item that is really a problem was not fixed even though it is under warranty. Another item that was not a warranty issue, paint scratches that needed to be buffed out, was not done very well. The service advisor told me they couldn't them anymore. They are all still there. Otherwise, the service advisor was courteous and I appreciated the Lyft ride home. I didn't know that they would provide a ride back too.

Not sure if I am sold on the no haggle price but it did make the whole process pretty quick, no running back and forth to a manager. My only complaint is the car only had one key and it is going to cost over $200 to get a second one, kinda would have been nice if they had included a second key.

My sales person was great. The new Mustang Mach-e is fantastic! Other than that, there was some significant misinformation given to me that could have cost me thousands. I was talked into a lease and I inquired if I would still be eligible for the federal tax credit. I was definitively told yes! Then after getting home with the vehicle, I did my own research and found this information to be false. If I had not discovered this myself, I would have been out $7500 with no recourse. Also, on my second visit (to fix this mistake), I was given a signed document saying that I was getting a $10,000 refund, only to get a call minutes later on my drive home saying that was a mistake by the finance department and that no refund would be coming. The management didn't seem to care about any of this. I do, however, remain thankful for the efforts and outreach of my sales person.

Second time I have had to take my F150 into this Ford dealer more than once because they didn?t find the problem. The first time it was the powertrain issue. I had to find the tsb after multiple trips. This time it wa a coolant link that is hard to detect. I told them about the location, why it wouldn?t leak under pressure, offered up a video showing the issue. They ignored me, couldn?t find it, added dye and the next day I found it leaking from the exact spot that indicates the $5 o ring failure I told them to check IS the problem. Bottom line - if you can?t trust a dealer to listen to your issue AND they can?t find well known issues on their flagship F150, why would you go there? The leak should have been simple to fix, a softball, to earn back trust. They blew it.

The woman that help me yesterday when I was there was great they could not find the reservation I had made but she turned on a dime and got me another time that morning. Unequivocally, worst customer service experience I have had in 35 years on this earth. Took my Ford Performance vehicle in to Ashley H @ Ford Bellevue Service for a simple change of tires. Literally, a single action item for low profile tires given the original Cup 2s on the vehicle were at the end of useful life. Upon taking inventory of the car, the advisor made a huge deal of the type of vehicle (which is fine, happens everywhere) and then proceeds to… 1. Tell me I need to get X, Y, Z after markets parts and only those parts 2. Provides an additional 1k in services that the RS “needs” – I am already paying you 1k for equipment – maybe try to install that sufficiently prior to trying to gouge a new customer for an incremental 1k? 3. Within the first 60 mins – I receive an AutoNation email from Florida (this dealer is in Seattle, WA) asking me to buy my Focus RS which I have never seen occur in the first 30-60 mins following checking in at a dealership a. When I bring this to the Service Attendants attention, she asks me if I “would like help routing it to my trash or spam folder?” – PNW passive aggressiveness at its finest 4. I then ask for an update at Hour 3 – to which she returns without an update and throws an east coast Ford dealership under the bus (“when was the last time you serviced this vehicle?” ; “If you don’t replace these lugnuts the wheels will explode”) 5. At Hour 4, when Ashley tells me it will be another 40 mins to finish the job and align the car, I ask her to take the vehicle off the rack because I am in danger of missing another appointment 6. I communicated to him the points above and he agreed that the situation was wholly unacceptable. He stressed I would work directly with him and he wanted to “make it right”. Therefore, I carved out MORE time to bring the vehicle back to Bellevue (I live in Seattle) and he also stated a $200 return for the overcharged equipment I voiced to Josh I would not write a review as long as the agreement was upheld. After calling Josh no less than 4 times following our in person meeting, he and his staff are unable or unwilling to send reimbursement for my time in addition to their dishonesty wrt equipment pricing. If you have a Ford Performance vehicle in the PNW and want literally the worst customer service experience possible with a healthy dose of white privilege and absence of honesty in transacting business, give Josh M @ AutoNation a call 😊

Horribly disorganized.Had two vehicles that were "sold from underneath the salesman " prior to our appointment, which caused a scramble and debate on getting a comparable car. Had already filled out the Ford Motor credit application online, and then had to do a second one for a credit union because the applications couldn't be joined. The finance manager moved us out very quickly though. I assumed that a dealership in Bellevue would have the process more dialed in. Plus the staff barely had their facemasks properly worn, nor asked the cuss to do so either.I was asked if I intended to use their service department for maintenance, and that would be a firm NO!

I bought a used vehicle that had some cosmetic issues in two place , one of which was in definite need of being fixed. I was promised that both issues would be fixed. I got two quotes from where I live, both seemed extremely high. I sent these quotes to the salesman that had sold me the vehicle plus pictures of the two issues needing fixed. I said I would even bring it there but we needed to make arrangements as to when so I could get time off work...no response on that. Called about tags & plates for the vehicle talked to a different sales person that said he would text the original salesperson and he would get back to me. This has been at least 2 weeks and no response. I am frustrated and angry that I just keep getting blown off after promises were made and yet little to no effort has been made to get this taken care of. We've never purchased a car out of state before, since my daughter wanted a red Audi A5 cabriolet which didn't appear often for sale. After a few months searching, we found one that we wanted at Autonation Bellevue Ford in Washington. We've bought a car from Autonation before here locally and we've been extremely happy with the professionalism and meticulous customer care. We felt safe to contact Autonation Bellevue Ford inquiring this RED A5. Michael Allen was our contact, we texted and got all the information, extremely professional and hard working. Autonation has one price thing which is good and bad, we wanted to negotiate because this RED car is $3k over any black one in CA with the same condition, but the price only drop if they don't sell in 30 days or so. We didn't want to take a chance to wait. We didn't want to buy an Audi with one key and no wind deflector for the convertible since this is one owner car, it should have everything that came with the car originally. Michael didn't want to let the deal fail due to the extra key and wind deflector, he made sure we have both before we drive up to get the car. We had an A8L to trade in, Autonation did give us a fair trade in value which we're happy with and the amazing thing is they would let us to drop off the trade in locally at Autonation Honda of Fremont and the people here had been amazing, Vince was the manager that let us to sign papers and dropping off the trade in. Everything went smoothly, so we didn't have to drive 900 miles up and 900 miles down, kudos to Autonation. We booked the flight and Michael actually picked us up at the airport, how much customer care can you get more than that. We should take one star off the review due to the finance department didn't make up their minds on if they should collect the tax and the license to register the car for us, yes, we had to paid the tax and license and then on the day of picking up the car, they decided not to do it because it's a cash deal, so we had to pay for tax and license here at DMV but we had to come back because we didn't have the title of the car. The finance manager Craig New (and where did he get the 10.3% tax to collect from us?) should know what he wanted to do with the deal like this. Yes, the refund check and title was Fedex to us a week later, but it's just sloppy and inconvenient for us IMO. What happened if we don't have the extra cash for tax and license when we try to register in CA and why do they have courtesy taking cashier check in CA and not registering for customer? . Anyhow, Autonation is a great auto dealer network IMHO. It was a beautiful drive back to CA.

Very incompetent. I had a scheduled Oil change with an oil change package I bought through Ford, and the service rep completely ignored it and tried to offer me over $1,000 in services I did not need. After about 15 minutes of him staring at his computer not talking he had to call for help just to be told it’s a plain oil change package with just an oil change and tire rotation. Once everything was finally excepted my “scheduled” oil change took over two hours and I never received a phone call upon completion. Even when I got there to pick up my truck it still took 20 minutes because the service rep disappeared and one of the other four people sitting there doing nothing couldn’t close me out.

Went for warranty service for new Shelby Cobra Mustang purchased 3 months prior from Bill Pierre Ford. Took it to Autonation Bellevue Ford, since closer to our home. A Pre Collision Sensor Light came on, held with a plastic bracket behind the bumper to detect potential hazards. Bracket cracked. They stated vehicle involved in collision and would not cover of the repair. There is no damage to my car anywhere, flawless, paid $125k for this vehicle. Bottom line, unethical staff, called Bill Pierre Ford, they knew about this existing issue and stated no problem, they will repair our car under warranty. Stay clear of Bellevue Ford Autonation. They were very responsive and rescheduled me to bring it back in again the following week. Driving home across the I90 bridge I noticed the hood shaking. My husband and I had our 2013 Toyota Prius 4 evaluated here to see how much they would offer us on trade-in. We worked with Ivan and his two managers, Trevor and Starr. They were all top notch! All of them were masked up whenever they talked to us and they kept us well informed about what they were doing and how long things would take. They came back with an offer a few thousand dollars higher than the other dealerships we took it to. We didn't even have to negotiate on price with them. That alone is worth 5 stars right there.. If possible I'd give them 10 stars for their professionalism, and, generosity, general caring for our comfort. We accepted their offer and they cut us a check an hour later. Near the beginning of the process, Trevor told us that he'd have Ivan give us a ride home if the sale went through. I was floored as I've never been treated this well by any dealership. Ivan came out near the end and said that company policy prevented him from giving us a ride home, but that they were calling us an Uber. He said they were going to cover the cost. I can't think of a single thing they could improve on.

Two of two experiences were very bad. 1. Regular interval service (12,000 miles) Had a screw in my tire, and asked that they plug the tire. They said they could not, and then tried to sell me $1,000 set of new tires (only 12k on current set). Rolled over to Les Schwab, and they plugged my tire for free, said it was no problem and no liability. 2. Regular interval service (17,000 miles). Was told the wait would be 45 minutes, 2 hours later, I grew impatient and went back to service desk. The guy that checked me in was gone, and the guy that was there said I would just have to wait for him. 20 minutes later, I finally got my car. Left the dealership and later realized my engine light was still on. I called to ask if I could swing by so they could plug the ODB reader into the ODB link. Then if it is something that just needs to be reset, cool, but if not, then I would make an appointment to come back. No can do said the "customer (dis)service department". I went up the street to Ford Kirkland at lunch. What a welcome difference. Happened to notice that there were no fingerprints in the dust under the hood... like nobody touched anything topside under the hood. I made an appointment to have my car serviced a second time in under 40 miles because I was left with ZERO confidence that this dealership did anything other than change my oil. Oh, and they did not get the brake pad measurement correct, either. I take my car to do HPDE days at a local road racing course. I go through brake pads and they are ready to be changed, but the service tech said that they were still over 6 mm... which I guess is not technically a lie if you are talking about length (sigh). I will never have my car serviced at AutoNation Ford Bellevue again, and I will never buy another car from this dealership. I strongly recommend you follow suit.

Appointment was at 10:15 in morning. 25,000 mile service. Checked three minor things. Didn’t start main service until next day. Did not call me with price to fix three extra items. Starting to call for service appointment at 8 in morning days before. Called 8 times thru day. Got to person at 4:45 to make appointment. I have owned several fords thru the years. I now own a 150 truck and a suv. I have used several dealers for service. This dealer is not good and I will never use them again.

Over 50 phone calls, never answer or returned calls. They Financed me through BECU which I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy! Talked me into gap that was twice the price yet same coverage of my credit union and now making it almost impossible to get my refund on it because nobody involved with finance will return phone calls! Spoke with the general manager and he seems to be helpful BUT at this point I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a vehicle through autonation pretty much just because the guys in the financing department don’t care about helping anyone but themselves.

I took my Expedition in at the scheduled time for an oil change and found the experience frustrating and doubtful I will return. I was told it would be a 2 or 3 hour service. After 3 hours I called to see if my car was ready. No one answered the phone the first time. I called 10 minutes later in reached the service desk. My Techican was not there was told he would call me back in a few minutes. 30 minutes later I had to call back and talked to the tech. It seemed he forgot to return my call. When I picked up my car, there were charges that should have been explained to me prior (Clorox cleaning). Lastly, I had a low tire pressure alert that had been going off when I brought my car in and had told the tech also the driver rear tire was noticeably low. On the call the tech told me the tire alert system was broken and a $250 part which I decided to postpone fixing. I noticed The driver rear tire had not been filled. That makes me question the oil change actually occurred. The tech was polite but I question if I will return for any service or sales from Autonation Ford of Bellevue.

was upset when I entered the service area not one person greeted me. had to look at someone that was just chatting with other coworkers, for help. He found who I was suppose to be with and shouted to them and said I was here. I was told it was going to take a couple of hours so I walked to the post office when I was there I got a call that it was done he was nice on the phone told me no hurry. My battery died in my 2017 Ford Explorer. We are in stay at home order in WA until May 4. I arranged for Roadside Assistance to pick up my Explorer at home and tow it to Ford Auto Nation in Bellevue. I worked with Frank in service in Bellevue to arrange for repairs and for the return of my vehicle to our home. Frank was amazing to work with from the first call. Once my Explorer arrived at Ford, Frank took over and stayed in constant communication with me on the inspection and some recall work that needed to be done. I also asked for full service of the vehicle including and oil change. The battery ended up having a bad cell and required replacement. Frank communicated in detail the diagnosis process and in a way that way very easy to understand. They only had my Explorer for a day. They disenfected the inside of the vehicle after the services were completed. I asked if they could arrange to have my Explorer returned back to my home and he said absolutely without hesitation. They called with an eta and dropped the vehicle off in my driveway and called to inform me it had arrived. I am very impressed with the entire service from start to finish. Frank is my contact now for as long as I have my Explore. Thank you, Frank!

Was very disappointed today when my son and I went and check out a Fiesta because of the 0% for 84 months. Researched their website, liked the price of the vehicle, the rebates, and the financing. Read the small print on their website for the special financing and nowhere did it say that you could not combine the rebates with the special financing until the salesman said you understand you don't get both. I showed him on their website all the condition's it listed. After the salesman made several trips to the sales manager the manager came out and ask what the problem was. I explained and showed him their website didn't state you couldn't combine, he said, what do you want me to do about it, I can't even bring it up on the website! Funny because my phone worked just fine to bring it up. I then asked him is that the best you can because it was obviously their error, he said yep! And I said that's to bad and left.

Obtained service during the COVID-19 crisis after developing confidence in the wisdom of visiting. Good evidence of healthy practices being used. I stayed in the visitor area after checking my car in. Highly attentive service team provided careful, detailed review of work items and costs. Work was complete faster than anticipated. Had a very good service experience at this dealership including the atmosphere. Was under warranty so I was towed into Autonation when parts on my transmission failed in my Edge. Was handled quickly and efficiently. The Service Tech reviewed my warranty covereage, arranged a loaner car and had me waiting in a very nice waiting area before I knew it. They called me to tell me which parts were failing and let me know that one part was on back order for a month. Yikes! They instead petitioned Ford for permisison to replace the entire transmission rather than wait for the part. This is why I like Ford. They do the right thing. When I picked up the vehical the process took all of 10 minutes (including waiting in line) and I was able to chat with the Mechanic about what went wrong and what he has been seeing in vehicals with the same make and model year as mine. Sometimes these are known issues. I really felt like there was NO wheeling and dealing and got complete transparency from the team. Very happy and when it comes time to purchasing a new vehical in a few years I will like choose this dealership.

When I called AutoNation, Matthais Armitage answered the telephone and from that point forward his support was outstanding! AutoNation did not have the particular Explorer I wanted and Matthais tracked the car and took care of all the details in getting the car to the dealership. When I picked up the car, Matthias spent several hours with me introducing me to all the ?new? technology features of the car. I had no idea that the AutoNation Certified Pre-Owned process was so thorough! They detailed the 2015 Ford Fusion I bought to such an incredible level that it looked factory direct, other than the wear on the drivers side carpet. The previous owner took care of it obviously - but even under the hood was literally spotless. It didn't hurt that I bought it for $700 less than Kelly Blue Book (the price stated when buying from a private seller), and unlike a private seller, they wouldn't have given it a $300 detailing, changed the oil, replaced the back break pads, and put on FOUR BRAND NEW TIRES. Tim in sales was awesome, the facility was fantastic, the no-negotiating price tag took most of the stress out of it - and the price was somehow better than I could have found on the private market. Also, they showed me the CarFax up front before purchase, without having to ask for it. This help me verify that this wasn't a Fleet Car with Alamo or something (CarFax told me the previous owner was a private owner, and there was only one owner) and called out the minor accident it was involved it ( small dent in right front bumper, no evidence of it post-repair) . The transparency with Ford of Bellevue (AutoNation) was pretty awesome, I was completely surprised by it, and it was far more than you would expect from a private seller. Lastly, they have a 5 day fully guaranteed no-questions-asked refund policy!! And gave a free 90 day warranty and the huge parts, such as the engine and transmission. Unbelievable. I was a die-hard buyer from a private seller only. But with all the guarantees AutoNation gives (and I sound like a commercial for them) I'll probably never go private seller again for a used car.

Had my Ford F-150 in for oil change and recall notice. Left my truck and received a ride to work which was greatly appreciated. Late in the day I got a phone call saying they had to keep truck overnight, which they knew in advance and did not tell me which required a trip back to the service dept. They did get me into a rental, so I could get home. Around 1:30 the next day I called and they said the truck was ready. I picked up my truck around 5pm and left, then noticed the reminder sticker was not updated, oil sensor not reset, tires not pressurized, fluids not topped off, which made me question if oil was changed?!! I returned to the service department and they said oil was changed and looked at the oil on the dipstick and said see the color? It’s full and was changed. Note my truck is less than 2 years old and oil is changed frequently so I wouldn’t expect it to be that dirty. I have no faith the oil was changed nor tires rotated. So disappointed there was no quality check to ensure my truck was serviced properly. Regarding the recall fix on doors...I noticed the next day both of my mirrors were vibrating and distracting my driving. I pulled over and closed my mirrors and they popped very loudly and did not close. I then pushed the button again and they closed and then opened them and they reset or aligned and no more mirror vibration. Sigh...Ford should have known this and tested the mirrors before returning to me. Again Ford should have quality checked their work. I should be able to trust a service department to complete quality work. Guess I need to find another Ford service center as I paid for extended service. Sigh, such an inconvenience.

Went in two years ago to test drive a car after confirming with an agent on the phone. When I showed up, the car "was already sold". Well, thank you for wasting two hours of my time, definitely not buying anything there and not working with people who pull tricks like this. Then made a mistake of giving them a try for scheduled maintenance. They wanted to charge $270 for, essentially, an oil change plus tire rotation. Got out of there and went to another reputable shop and got it done for $75. Highly encourage everyone to avoid this place.

Great customer service until my complaint focused on the fact they failed to diagnose leaking antifreeze fluid from "around the timing belt". Three visits to AutoNation, Bellevue, WA. Over 5k in repairs and still have original problem. Dropped the vehicle off at shop opening on a Friday. I expected, based of prior visits that I would receive a call by midday with an update. Nothing. Two calls to check on vehicle (late in the day) no return call. Canceled long scheduled visit with friends, wait for info on status. Called again Saturday morning and had to leave a message. Finally received call late on Saturday. MY service adviser was "off all weekend, your car won't be worked on until Monday" Long story shortened. I never received another call from AutoNation. From Friday to Wednesday. I received ONE call. That is the kind of service you can expect if you do all their recommendations, trust them, spend thousands on so-called repairs. non of which solved anything. Don't walk, don't run, don't even come near to the service department of AutoNation of Bellevue, WA.

Now typically I would have put this as a 2 or 3 out of 5 stars, but I have to say Mathias and Craig real hard to win my business. Post having a pretty bad start to the negotiations. I will say I am only giving this a plus rating because of the hard work and dedication of both Mathias and his manager, far beyond my better judgement. The Good - Mathias tried real hard to make the deal work, and find the right car. H - The car is really great, and a credit to Ford (2020 Explorer, 4x4) - Mathias and the management have offered to try and sweeten that final blow of price by finance, by offering several incentives to help with our relocation to the area. The Bad - Travis messed us around and missed elements of the checks and balances set out by his group, like not giving me the price we both agreed to and signed (which to get we had to 'prove Travis said this' with a copy of the paperwork we both signed) as well as several pieces of work done that significantly slowed down our process, like credit checks and asking simple things like total amount willing to put down as deposit. - Leading up to the visit it was clear none of the managers or sales staff talked to one another, I had 3 different sales staff and 2 different managers borderline harass me leading up to the deal. From calling hourly or emailing over one another to beg for the sale or offer something above or average what was only offered by another rep 30-40 minutes earlier. - I lost an entire day trying to get the deal, only at the end the 'Finance person' to try and throw another $300 on at the end, or more, and it was pretty clear she had zero empathy or compassion towards out situation. We tried to see if there was a better deal to be made, it generally felt very underhanded to do this at the end of an already long day, having spent 6+ hours in the building going back and forth on paperwork. Ironically now she is messaging us saying 'we' didn't fill out the paperwork correctly (which she counter checked several times?) to say we owe her more time. No thanks! Generally? I would say don't waste too much time here, they can either do the deal they said (and signed!) or they cannot. Remember Seattle and Bellevue have a lot of alternative options.

My 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid has experienced a failure of the Hybrid system such that the car will not use the electric motor hardly at all. Major result is that the mileage dropped from 37mpg to 24mpg. The dealer said they did not have the tools to diagnose the problem and could not fix it. They later reported that the internet was full of similar complaints from fusion owners. This is an issue that Ford Corporate should be addressing immediately.

Took my 2014 Ford Explorer to AutoNation Ford Bellevue to have a 60k mile service. Paul H. was who I worked with through the process and he was extremely helpful and insightful. No xxxxxxxx with him, did not feel that he was trying to get extra money out of me at all. If anything, it seemed like he was doing what he could to save me money while also doing what needed to be done in terms of repairs. Would definitely recommend working with him if you need a repair done.

Took my F-450 in for a normal oil change, which included a multi-point inspection. 1-week later, I had to take it to Bud Clary Ford in Ellensburg due to an unrelated issue. The repair work included the same multi-point inspection. However Bud Clary found, "Belts and tensioners badly worn -- alternator tensioner is about to break." Inspecting belts is part of the multi-point inspection. Obviously Bellevue Ford did not perform it. Bud Clary also found several lights were out. Again, part of the multi-point inspection that's easy to spot with little effort. Bellevue Ford simply didn't do the work they said they did. Clearly Bellevue Ford is charging for services that aren't performed. This is fraud. Steer clear of Bellevue Ford.

Dealerships have a hard time pleasing customer much less getting a good review. Most of us do not realise that the people working at autonation have to get up at four in the morning many times and leave after six in the afternoon. It's a hard job and they try their best to please their customers. Also this is a sales job, upselling is common in ALL dealerships or service departments - so why are people surprised? If someone tries to sell you something that you don't want then politely refuse. These guys have to deal with spoiled adult brats from the Seattle area all day long, I feel for them. My car wasn't purchased here nevertheless they have honoured the extended warranty without any qualms and have performed good work on it. It hasn't been perfect but when an issue comes up have the courage to bring it up instead of writing reviews that are childish or useless. My next car will be an F150 or Expedition and I will buy it from Ford Autonation - Bellevue.

I had a leak on the passenger side. They fixed it, although I think is a factory issue, I needed to pay the repair. The car has 29k miles and is a little over 3 years and has no warranty. Bad customer service. And did not explained and showed me clearly what was done to the car. Also, the car had 2 recalls, that didn?t sound good.

We arrived at the dealership and were told by the salesman that this was the car we had asked for. The window sticker was not in place when we saw the car. We test drove that car but not under conditions that would require use of the features we had specified. We were specifically told that the car had those features. We closed and drove off. Weeks later we tried to use the features and they were not on the car. The dealership would not help us in any way. Salesman lied. Dealership did not help.

We drove up to Bellevue all the way from Vancouver Washington and purchased a 2008 Toyota Tundra. Drove it home and the steering wheel started vibrating so took it to Les Schwab to have it checked out to find out that we were driving on unsafe rims. One rim was completely stuck on and all 4 need to be replaced. We contacted Tim, the sales person who talked to his boss Craig. Craig contacted Les Schwab. We called and called and finally got a hold of Craig who would not help us at all. They don’t care about the safety of their customers, they only care about money. No integrity. I would take your business elsewhere if I were you! Update 11/4/19: WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! We ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. Josh, the General manager said they respond to every complaint, but as you can see from the photo I posted, they do not, because I just got this email from the BBB saying they tried contacting AutoNation multiple times with no response and are now closing the case as “NO RESPONSE”. If you like being lied to and ignored feel free to come to this dealership, otherwise steer clear of this company. Dishonest, NO integrity and all they care about is cutting corners to save a few bucks instead of making things right and the safety of their customers is NOT a priority! Then, they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by partially fixing the problem that shouldn’t have needed to be fixed in the first place. Just because you buy a vehicle “AS-IS”, does NOT mean you sell it in unsafe driving condition. The rims were bad and could have fallen off at any moment on our 3.5 hour drive home to Vancouver from Bellevue and when we told Craig about the problem, his response was, “I don’t know what you did with the truck from here to there.” Real caring response.

Although I had good experience scheduling the oil change and regular maintenance for my F150, I had a not acceptable experience during the drop-off and check-in with the Service Advisor not giving me his attention. During the check-in, the service advisor asked me if I only needed oil change, and I explained to him that I also needed them verifying other two issues. He literally did not care for what I was explaining, and I had the impression he was not even listening, but I hoped the request would be executed. At the end, when I went to pick up the truck, none of the additional asks were solved nor even explained. I left AutoNation Ford Bellevue very frustrated.. I though I was dealing with professional staff goaled on customer satisfaction, but that was not what I found. Maybe their focus is just selling new vehicles. By the way this is not the fist time I had bad experience on regular maintenance with Ford. Next time I will consider other brands, like GMC... perhaps is better than FORD and Autonation

I called and initially spoke with the Internet Sales Manager Craig who was freindly and professional. He explained to me how to reserve the vehicle and set me up to meet with Daniel. Daniel is the easiest sales representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was polite, non-pushy and was extremely honest and forthright about everything. He never pushed the purchase or down talked other dealerships I had stopped at. Daniel is the easiest sales representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was polite, non-pushy and was extremely honest and forthright about everything. He never pushed the purchase or down talked other dealerships I had stopped at. I responded to a safety recall notice in the mail. Scheduled an appointment after the Ford employee confirmed they knew the nature of the recall and what the service was regarding. I then dropped off the truck at the scheduled time and the service attendance again confirmed the reason for the visit. I requested an oil change at the same time since it was due, to combine the work in the same trip. Upon returning at the end of the day after the call that all work was complete, I proceed to the cashier only to learn that no parts were available for the safety recall work! Why did I bother coming in? I called to schedule the work and confirmed upon check in, yet nobody tells me the parts were not available until after I inconvenience my day with shuttles, etc, only to have to do it all over again whenever the parts do arrive. Terrible customer service and I will no longer go to Bellevue Ford. I will move my business to another branch; not sure that will improve things but it's infuriating to go through such a pointless process.

Worst car buying experience to date. The good- Very good trade offer. Nice facility. Found a car I really like. The bad- One car had a broken convertible top, but a bought car I really liked that had expired oil change-almost 1k over and the car was very dirty. Waited forever. 4+ hours altogether at dealership. Finance Manager quit in middle of transaction. The ugly- the Finance Manager wrote two contracts, one for $2000 down, one without. I told him to destroy the one with $2000 down as the interest rate was amazing. He quit after submitting wrong paperwork. I still have the correct paperwork. I find out two weeks later that I owe $2000 to the dealership as it was submitted to my bank like that. There was no fixing it with the bank. The Finance Manager just quit, the Manager called to collect. Oh and the bank payoff from my trade in was not fully paid off until I paid it off. It accumulated interest while all of this was going on. Pretty mad. Salesman was nice, but was not familiar with BMW. Will a large dealership make this right? Not happy with the AutoNation experience, except on the trade value. Other than that, minor league.

Called for last-minute appointment when my battery needed to be replaced immediately and they not only squeezed me in just a couple of hours later, they had me in and out in no time (including the oil change I also asked for). Paul was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable and kept me updated periodically the whole time I was waiting. He thoroughly explained everything I needed (and more importantly, what I didn't need) to have done. As a relatively new transplant to the PNW, I'm happy I found a close, reliable place for my car needs.

Air conditioned waiting room. Provided cold filtered water, fresh coffee, hot water. The bathrooms were very clean. Best of all, customer service made me feel at ease with everything. As if my initial review didn't sum it they reply with a request to call which I did imagine my surprise when I was in the same phone loop with the automated responses. I also find it insulting they couldn't pick up the phone and call me I am lead to believe Autonation believes their time is more valuable then mine. On top of that I had sent the general manager an email with my grievances prior to writing any review and imagine my shock when I recieved no response. Then after I posted my reviews I recieved an email from him apologizing and telling me he'd look into the following morning, that was Wednesday today is Saturday and guess what - you guessed it I haven't heard a thing. Had a recall on my vehicle. The parts replaced were not detailed in the notice I received for some reason, merely the potential of what would happen if not addressed. I was frustrated with this because the communication between the person who called about the appointment and what I was told when the true problem was found were not the same. The repairs took longer than I expected. None of this truly mattered because I was taken care of. I was given a rental for the days my vehicle was under repairs. Charles of Ford kept me well informed and updated throughout the process, including the day I actually needed it back he gave me status updates which took a load of stress of my mind - thank you for that Charles! Car purrs like a kitten and the recalled parts run smoother than ever!

Had an oil change and a air bag replacement (Air Bag Recall). As I was making the drive home none of my ventilation / fans were working. Was already on 405 North and had to make my way back down to Bellevue during rush hour just to get this fixed. When I called in, a lady actually said "oh you can just bring it back in the morning" wow! turns out their technician forgot to plug everything back in. I scheduled with them to have a recall performed on my car. Soon after the service was completed, the next day the engine light came on. I took it to their to have it diagnosed and they said if the problem is not related to the recall they would charge me for the diagnostic. Indeed they said they problem is not related to the recall and they charged me full price on that when the car was doing fine before they fixed the recall issue. I think they should not charge me for the diagnostic or maybe I should be entitled to pay half price, because the report I got from them after the recall service was performed showed the vehicle is good condition and now after their service engine light is on that doesn’t sound normal to me. I will recommend customers to be careful

Hello, I picked up my '98 Explorer yesterday around 4pm at Auto Nations Ford Bellevue, after getting it repaired for a broken alternator. While I am happy with the service performed on my car, your customer service at the time of pick up was very disappointing. After entering room with the service desk, I observed no other customers but 5-6 employees who were busy talking among themselves or staring into their computers. At no time was greeted with a friendly hello and was left standing there for some time, until one of the employees finally looked up and asked "what do you need?". Well, I needed to pay my bill and retrieve my car! The employee asked "last name?" in an unfriendly tone and proceeded to look down into his computer and left me standing there, not knowing what to do. He then left his desk without a word, and walked around the corner while yelling at me to follow. Another customer interrupted him, so he switched his attention away from me again. I was finally led to a cashier, who didn't even look up at me; as she was busy shuffling papers. The other employee left with a hand wave "she'll take care of you". I stood in front of the cashier for a very long time watching her shuffle papers, until she finally asked for my name, and rudely instructed me how to use the credit card terminal. I found the whole experience very unpleasant. Your employees were rude and unfriendly. It is clear you don't have a customer service-minded culture, despite the fact I have been coming to your facility for nearly 20 years. I am simply not inclined to have my car serviced at your facility any longer, if you cannot grant me basic courtesy and be friendly. I am thinking perhaps you treat female customers differently and assume we are idiots or not worth your time? The only nice person I met was the older guy who went and got my car off the lot. I bought a 2016 Ford Expedition from Auto Nation Bellevue. Most importantly, it was a bit more expensive (a few thousand) than other places I had looked at, and there were comps for me as examples. When I called the dealership and asked if there was wiggle room at end of year, they said, "This is Auto Nation, we NEVER negotiate". I said, "it's end of year, of course you'll negotiate". They said, "We don't, we won't, don't even try". I said thanks and hung up. Then I thought about it. Then I went to see it. Low mileage, great car, looked brand new, never saw a used car that nice. Test drove it, it was immaculate. That made me decide to pull the trigger. After that, the entire process was smooth as butter. Glad handing all around, sales manager, finance manager, all were professional, speedy, polite, and to the point. I love this car.

I said I was there for only 1 car, and didn't want to see a mustang.. I was there for an Audi convertible advertised on Autotrader. I recently moved to Seattle and no longer had a need for my 2017 F150. I sold it to this dealership and wrote a check for $7k for them to take it over and payoff my loan. Two weeks later, my truck is for sale on their lot ($4500 higher), my check has been cashed, my loan is not paid off and nobody was returning my phone calls. The GM, Josh Marshalek finally called me back and was dismissive and treated me as though I was being unreasonable. When I asked for proof that the loan was paid, he stated that the contract that they gave me is all the proof I should need and it was my bank's problem.

I purchased a 2009 Lexus RX 350 last week at AutoNation Ford. It was my 4th week since I moved in Bellevue from China. I compared several dealerships before going to AutoNation Ford Bellevue. The process of purchasing was great and fast. The salesman Brandon very kindly introduced the car to me and I had a test drive after a quick check of the car. The car was in good condition with a few small problems that, according to Brandon, is already taken into account on their price. I did not have a chance to negotiate about the price under their 1Price policy but the price seemed fair to me. So the whole process was going pretty fast and I got my car in a couple of hours. Only had a week of experience on this used car, which is so far so good. I would recommend this dealership because I had a better experience here than at some of the not-so-official used car dealerships where I can even negotiate about the price (about $500 down from the list price). But some cars have more serious problems that need replacement of some parts (the buyer inspection suggested about $2000 replacement fees) and the sales manager there could not give up more on their price (very disappointed!). AutoNation Ford definitely gives me much more confidence about my first car in the US.

Everyone that works here seems miserable and that it apparent in their lack of customer service. If I didn’t already prepay for these services I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Everything from calling in to make the appointment to the time I picked it up 2 days later everyone I spoke to seemed inconvenienced to do their job. When they do a task for your service, nothing is communicated. We needed a loaner car assuming since we bought a car not an suv they would loan a comparable vehicle. That was not the case. Everything about having to go here sucks and I am counting down the days to the end of our service agreement so I never have to be exposed to the negative unwelcoming environment at Ford if Bellevue.

After I bought this truck it took over a week for autonation to just find a trailer to put my truck on. It took another week for my truck to be delivered 800miles. I finally received my truck to find that it was filthy. With sticker residue marks covering every window and also my drivers side and passenger mirror were damaged this left me really disappointed. This will be the last time I purchase a vehicle without being there in person.

Walked in with an appointment to replace the lug nuts on my car, as Costco had been unable to remove them to replace my tires, and not only did they replace the lug nuts, but were able to beat Costco's price on tires and installation. The gentleman who helped me out was very direct and honest when it came to what services were being performed, and which were recommended. After about two or three hours, my car had new tires, lug nuts, had it's alignment fixed, everything inspected, and was back on the road with no issues!

After about two or three hours, my car had new tires, lug nuts, had it's alignment fixed, everything inspected, and was back on the road with no issues!

Took 5 different visits, three salesmen and two sales managers to reach a deal on a new car. First salesman was always busy with other customers. First sales manager refused to budge on price that was already agreed upon by second sales manaer. Came back the next day and second sales manager agreed no problem. Guess its luck of the draw if you get the nice or grumpy manager. Negotiated a tow package into deal, Salesman said itd take a day or two to come in. 1 week later had not heard anything and called, turns our paperwork was never turned in. When tow package finally came in service called and scheduled a 2 hour install appointment. 2 hour appt turned into 3 days without my new car. Service blamed sales and never answered or returned my calls. When car was finally done service tried to bill me install fee. And had to argue to get it waived. Don't plan on coming back for service. Only good thing was the car price.

I went in on 4/30/18 and told my transmission oil pan gasket was leaking and was told it would be 251.00 then go in on 5/10/18 on my appointment day and now it’s 270.00 .I am not happy and not coming back for any service repairs the price went from 251.00 to 270.00 ???? No explanation as to why the price went up ??? I had no choice but to get it fixed on that day because I also had a recall I had to get done on the Jeep .

I was traveling from being out of town. My 2016 Ford Edge had an under body panel rattling noise while driving above 55 MPH. They diagnosed the issue as there is a known TSB 17-0065. They worked me into a busy schedule and I was on my way to continue my travels. Josh B. went out of his way to accommodate me. I tried to have this repaired at another Ford Dealership earlier in the week and they installed some bolts, but the rattling continued. Unfortunately, the warranty fix recommendation from FoMoCo did not hold. After an hour of freeway driving the rattling noise has returned. If you all can point me to a service zone representative or equivalent as I will be pursuing a third attempt to correct this issue. I live in Moses Lake area. Ford Bellevue did great. Ford Motor Company, not so well.

Coconut Creek, FL Branch ++ bad experience++ I was at the dealer on 03/29 to buy a pre owned 2017 GLE43 AMG $69K. I offered my 2011 C63 AMG as trade in. I spent 1 hour 30 minutes at the dealer, after that the sales rep Stefan came to me saying could not give me a price on my trade in at that moment. I was told I would receive a call back with the price. On 03/31 i sent him a text msg with no answer, on 04/02 i sent another txt msg, 2 minutes later a manager called me saying he was working on my trade in and still didn't have the price on my car. on 04/03 i sent another txt msg Stefan, he said was busy and would call me back. I'm really disappointed with the way they treated me at the dealer, really bad customer service. I was referred by a friend to come in, i would never refer anybody to this branch, disrespectful, not professional.

Found a SUV online and called about it and reserved it and went thru the process of getting a loan arranged and submitted and even found a transportation company to pick up SUV and at the last minute they gave some story that the suv was not reserved or safe because I was out of state and left me hanging and sold it . Bought a first car for our daughter 2 months ago and kept getting low oil warnings. We wondered how It could be burning so much oil so quickly. Took it in for service and they said it had oil but the sensor wasn’t reading accurately so they adjusted it. Brought it home and this time the sensor wouldn’t give an oil level reading at all so we had no idea If the oil level was good or bad! Btw, it’s an Audi Q5 and there’s no other way to check the oil, no dipstick. We took it in again to get the sensor fixed and they kept it for a day and said it was all good. It’s just a few weeks later and last night the warning light came on again saying Oil dangerously low!!! Clearly the problem hasn’t been fixed. Bought my Lexus ct 200 h there they where very nice and I did not feel pressured. I liked that they showed me a car fax. The defiantly did not give me enough for my trade in they ripped me off there but I loved the car so much I did it. I should of sold my old car myself. we test drove the car no scratch on window they detailed my car after I signed papers and as we where driving home big scratch on glass of drivers side. We thought maybe it would wipe off wrong. I’m going to have to get the glass replaced in the front windshield. They also told me they put new windshield wipers on the car definitely not. First rain I had to replace them. I liked that I got a good deal was not pressured they where friendly and my new car is beautiful. But I am bitter about the windshield...

Brought my Escape in for service and to have the SYNC system fixed. Ended up with an oil change, new belt and spark plugs for $622. They did their best to sell me their most expensive tires and a $900+ part to get the SYNC working. Was charged $160 to tell me that the SYNC was broken is ridiculous, especially after reading the notes where they basically stuck in a USB port and couldn't get anything to work. Never going back there again, it's unfortunate that they are the brand new facility (which is the closest dealer to my house), left such a terrible taste. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I received a card in the mail concerning the recall on my Ford Ranger due to the exploding airbags. Actually received more than one. Called the number which ended up at AutoNation Ford Bellevue. They told me I needed to come in for about a two-hour inspection after which they would then schedule me for another three-hour session to replace the airbag. Took my truck in and waited in nice reception area for about 45 minutes. Josh B., who had been assisting me said they didn't have the parts and wouldn't have the parts for a month or two so he wasn't sure why they scheduled me to come in. He told me to call back in a couple months to see if they had the parts in before I scheduled my next visit. He was nice and apologized and gave me a free oil change for my trouble. I guess this is more of a Ford problem but frustrating and scary to be told I need to get this dangerous issue fixed ASAP but then told it will be a few months at best before they can actually address the repairs for the recall.

Called from Gig Harbor with all the information on my trade-in for a 2015 Ford Fusion. They quoted me a fair value so I drove across town only to find that the vehicle I was trading for was not there. After driving with the salesman “Jeremy” to their other dealership to get the car we drove back to the Bellevue dealership and consummated the deal. It all goes downhill after that. In finance I wanted to make sure I was getting the best rate but BofA was closed. They told me they would call me on Monday to let me know if it was a better rate. never got that call.After finance “Jeremy” was with another customer and just too busy to even get up out of a his chair and shake my hand and thank me for the business. Even more infuriating he did not walk me around the vehicle and show me all the features of the vehicle and how do use them. I called to try and set up a meeting with “Jeremy” to drive all the way back there and do a walk around on the features of the vehicle as well as gather some items that I left in my trade-in, no return phone call. At that point I found out who the general manager was and left a message for him to call me, no return phone call. Turns out that the finance person I dealt with was no longer with the company so I spoke with the finance person who took over my deal and he assured me that if he would set up a meeting at a dealership closer to me in Tacoma to do a walk around and be shown the features on the vehicle. Never heard back from anyone. If I could unwind the deal I would have. I can assure you I will never purchase a vehicle from Bellevue auto nation again...

He's there to serve you and get you what you're looking for. We tried several smaller dealers but couldn't trust their vetting process to weed out 'damaged', salvage title, poor cleaning of vehicles, etc. Although you can't negotiate on price, you'll find that the price is already low and may be higher than private party or small dealers, but at the end of the day the value and peace of mind is totally worth it. We dealt with Ford Auto Nation management and they are super professional and eager to help you have a great experience. Can't go wrong with these guys. Highly recommend.

I found a 2011 Buick LeCrosse at AutoNation Ford on AutoTrader. We live between Portland and the coast so we drove over 3 hours and stayed overnight to get this car. It was as represented. However, it took 5 1/2 hours to complete the deal as they had to get their "appraisal team" to give a value to our 2000 Lincoln Town Car. That and the paper work took the time. 5 1/2 hours to buy a car seems like an excessive amount of time and I think it is due to the fact that the local guys can make very few decisions and have to ask some guy in Florida. I would think twice about buying a car from any AutoNation dealership. The one price policy is nice with no haggling.

This has been the best experience I have had with a dealership! They made the car buying process easy with a no haggle price, and no heavy pressure to buy a vehicle whether new or used. I have never heard of a dealership that provides a Vehicle History Report, 125-Point Inspection Certificate, Title and Odometer Check on used vehicles. Plus they give the buyer a limited 5-Day/250 Mile Money Back Guarantee if they are not satisfied with the vehicle they may return it to the dealership. I have never heard of a dealership before that provides a warranty like this. Have you? If you are in Washington state or the Pacific Northwest and are looking for a new or used vehicle go see Tim at AutoNation Ford Bellevue. He went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure my needs were met. He made sure the rental car I had was delivered to a rental agency in Bellevue. That saved me a trip from having to drop it off 60 miles away. He had his top detail guy recondition a small area on the drivers seat for me. It looks great! He told me that was $85.00 to $100.00 repair that his manager approved. He also set up time for his top detail guy to see if a few spots on the left back door trim could be fixed. Plus he emailed me to let me know the previous owner left a second key for the vehicle. This isn't a cheap key. To replace it, would cost $200.00 to $300.00 through Acura, since it has theft protection built into the fob. Tim earned the sale, but more importantly, he and AutoNation have earned my business from going above and beyond. I don't plan on shopping anywhere else for a new or used vehicle. AutoNation is in many states in the US. See if they are in your area. I have no hesitations to recommend them. It's what a car buying experience should be.

We just replaced our Ford Explorer with a new Explorer and Tim was fantastic to work with. We knew what we wanted and to make it quick. We were in and out of there in two hours, kudos for leaving the negotiating and the typical car dealer stuff out of this process. I purchased a car on 5/31/17. I went in with pre-approved financing. All paperwork was in order. Additionally, I had called ahead to confirm the vehicle I wanted was still there. Sales situations make me anxious, I have learned to be prepared. I was aware that I would need to provide an application for Capital One to complete my financing when I was in the dealership. I did so, and verified that this application was for just that. I left the dealership with my car, with the financing I had received prior to getting there. While there was also an issue with my down payment being processed twice, and not being able to reach anyone for days to get this resolved...during which bank fees were incurred - as I hadn't placed double my down payment in this specific account - my bigger issue is with the unauthorized request for credit. I have since learned that AutoNation reached out to Ford Credit, Wells Fargo, Chase, Ally, and WSECU. I know this because I received denial letters from each based on the application I had submitted for Capital One. Unfortunately, the first application accidentally didn't include my income, so I needed to fill out a second. Was fine with me, as I knew this would just be confirming the information Capital One had approved. I had no idea they had used an incorrect application to retain financing, through multiple companies - WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I have spoken to my salesperson, Matt. He was nice enough, as he said - "wait, you came in with pre-approved financing, I remember?. It was clear he was very uncomfortable. While he stumbled over his words and apologized and said he couldn?t say why this happened, he promised he would reach out to his manager regarding the fees I had received as well as the credit submissions. That was a month ago. I have called and emailed requesting a copy of anything I signed giving them approval to perform inquiries. I have received zero communication and am forced to post this and attempt different channels for get these inquiries removed. And maybe the money they owe me. I?m really disappointed.

In summary, I would avoid this dealership. I used edmunds.com and the ford website to try and `internet search' for a car and deal. I was contacted by this dealership. They told me that they had a truck with my specifications. They `got me in the door' and we worked through all of the details to make a deal. They assured me they could get the vehicle. Then, they pulled my credit, made me sign a document with a price and specific VIN, and told me that the truck would be at the dealership the next morning. I received a call that night saying that there was some sort of `miscommunication' between their dealership and the vehicle they located. The truck actually had substantial aftermarket work that objectively changed the character of the vehicle. I told them that I did not want these extras. I wanted the truck that I (and the websites) clearly laid out for them. They then sent me trucks that did not fit my specifications. At this point, I walked away from that dealership to restart my search. This obviously wasted quite a bit of time and energy on my part. I found the truck that I wanted through my own internet searching and went to that dealership and bought it. The story, however, does not end there. The general manager of this Bellevue dealership contacted me about three weeks after my interactions with them. He indicated that he wanted to see if they could still sell me a truck. I thanked him for the email and communication. I then told him that I found the truck that I wanted and already bought it. I also copied a descriptive email between myself and his salesperson about why I walked away. Despite being clear and fact-based with my description about my experience (which could have been more integrated with an emotional response), the general manager did not respond well. He indicated that they spent time and energy on their end. Also, they do not appreciate when the `target moves' and they lose a deal. I responded saying the target did not move, they lost the deal because they could not find the truck that I specified. Further, I found the truck at a Ford dealership in Washington state with my own internet searching that matched the same specifications that I gave them and the internet search tools like edmunds.com. I had a pretty bad experience with this dealership. I would recommend avoiding buying a vehicle through them.

Service department does great work but they really should allow people to reserve a loaner for their appointment. Twice I was given the impression that they had set aside a loaner for me but both times I found out they had all been given away. I was then told they aren't allowed to reserve them. My service advisor felt bad and apologized but it was very inconvenient to wait over 90 minutes while my husband drove in rush hour traffic to pick up our daughter from school and then come back to get me. Plus the fact that I was without a vehicle for 3 days. Other than that, I was was very pleased with the service and the communication about my vehicle status from my service advisor.

I was in Bellevue on Saturday with my F350 when the passenger rear wheel brake caliper stuck, creating a hot wheel and burned break pad smell. I planned on leaving town the following Tuesday and needed my F350 then. I was near AutoNation Ford in Bellevue and didn't want to drive any farther than necessary before getting it fixed. I called AutoNation and asked if I could drop it off Saturday for them to fix as soon as they could. They said if I left it there they would schedule it to be worked on Monday morning. Monday morning I received a call from Brian saying they had ordered the parts and it would be ready by Monday afternoon. I picked up my pickup Monday afternoon and was able to leave town Tuesday as scheduled. I have had my Expedition and F350 serviced at AutoNation Ford in Bellevue for years and have been very satisfied with their prompt and professional service.

I have been happy with my navigator. Now the only thing I would like to warn people about is the warranty they push.... I was told it was a 24 month warranty. I drive around 30,000 to 35,000 miles a year. They did not disclose that it is a 24 month or 24,000 miles. Yes it is in print on one of the many papers that I signed... not once did the two gentlemen that I worked with said anything about the 24,000 miles and I asked so this warranty is for 2 years on drive train electrical pretty much everything. This is what I was told. I bought the warranty and now I'm paying for repairs that I thought were under warranty. You do not come in to an auto dealership looking for a repair in much of a positive mood. I had a horrible experience at another dealer and with my in trepidation made the call to AutoNation Ford Bellevue. Immediately Victoria who answered and was directing me asked open questions to get an understanding of what my current needs were and shared who she was sending me over to for more information. Let's just say I was concerned as the last dealerships person didn't ask question and just wanted a signature. Instead, Michelle answered and asked a couple more questions then welcomed me back to AutoNation. In the next couple minutes she answered questions, understood my situation (Kentucky Derby Party and Birthday this weekend), she found me the first available time to come in and even let me drop my truck off the night before to miss traffic. Michelle promised a call back before noon and she did not disappoint (10:57 AM), she had an "English" not car speak solution of what was occurring and options. I asked a question to see if I could do part now and part next week, I was not trying to stump or make her day hard but she didn't flinch. She brought me a response from a mechanic in less than 3 minutes and told me the cost and when it would be available. The final piece of this great service was she promised a time and it was done earlier, I feel like AutoNation Ford Bellevue was looking out for me, had my interests at heart and put great energy in to making my life easier and lowering my stress of an auto problem. I would highly suggest using AutoNation for anyone in my friend or family circle and definitely make the trip to Bellevue for an amazing customer service experience!

We are moving and my husband can no longer drive so we were in the market for a new or used car and had one truck and one car to trade in. I spent a great deal of time reviewing and learning about the Ford Explorer and visited four auto dealers. Michelle Van Winkle is amazing and she can make what might otherwise be a frustrating process tolerable. She set me up with a loaner car when mine suddenly started having problems, the day after I got my oil changed at the dealership. I got to keep the car for a week and she updated me on the progress. As far as the facilities, the folks are doing the best they can with a temporary structure.

UPDATE: As you can see, after I posted my review, the dealership almost immediately responded - inviting me to please contact their General Manager, David Dean, so they could rectify the situation. I called 3 times and left a message - no response. So I filed a claim with the Attorney General's Office, who accepted my claim and contacted the dealership. I received word yesterday that Autonation Ford Bellevue refused to take any responsibility for selling me a car that had severe mechanical problems and has cost us thousands of dollars. If you are considering purchasing a car from any Autonation dealership in Washington, I encourage you to contact the AG's office and ask to see my complaint. They had zero intention of making this situation "right" and so I say again: DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM AUTONATION!!! Writing this review gives me absolutely no pleasure, but I feel that I need to get this information out there for all people who are considering purchasing a used car from AutoNation Ford, Bellevue. In the spring of this year, we needed to purchase our son a car. He is a college student who had an internship that put him in constant contact with people in the upper echelons of Eastside society. Because of this, we felt he needed a somewhat “status” car – and the used BMW we bought from AutoNation Ford, Bellevue, was all we could afford. And initially, we were very pleased. The salesperson we worked with was very nice and the finance guy was very accommodating and able to get us better financing than we had expected. Because the car was somewhat old (2006) we also purchased an after-market warranty plan. There was one small issue with a service light shortly after we drove the car off the lot, and the dealership had my son bring the car in, gave him a loaner, and fixed the problem. Fast forward about a month – all of a sudden several service lights went on in the car. We called about it and they had us take the car into AutoNation BMW, Bellevue, for service. There they found that the car needed $6,000+ in repairs – an amount more than half of what we paid for for the car. The warranty covered $4,000 of the repairs, thank goodness. We then had the service department prioritize the remaining needed repairs. As we have 2 kids in college, we could only afford at that time to have about $800 worth of the repairs done, figuring we would get the rest of the repairs done at a later date. So I stewed about this situation for a long time and decided to write a letter to the General Manager, with a cc: to the Sales Manager and the CEO of AutoNation. I didn’t really ask for any type of remedy but the “crickets” as a result of the letter were disappointing. Still, we made an appointment & my son took the car in for the remaining repairs – for which we were expecting to pay about $1,400.00. My son got a call that the car was ready, but shortly after I received a call that upon putting everything back together, they discovered another problem, which was going to be an additional $1,600.00 – for a total service bill of $3,000.00. Well, we didn’t really have any other option than to have it repaired, as we didn’t want my son breaking down. At that time, I lost it. I phoned the General Manager and left a message re: my fury at the entire situation and asking him to call me back to discuss possible remedies. Surprise, surprise – crickets. Had a great experience at Autonation Ford in Bellevue Washington. Was credit challenged but had a pre-qualification letter from Capital One. The saleman & finance manager took my letter & processed my application and I drove out with a brand new 2016 Fusion!! No gimmicks!! No games!!! Straight up processed my application and was done with the entire transaction in just under an hour!!!! The dealership is currently getting a facelift so just be a little patient getting in and out but the staff was very friendly and awesome to work with!! Highly recommend my sales agent Jeremy Schulman...He was a plasure to deal with. If you are in the market for a new or used car I would definitely look at what Autonation Ford in Bellevue has to offer!!! Great selection and really great pricing right now!! Got $10,000 off the sticker because they are blowing out the 2016's to make room for the 2017's.

I dropped the car off the night before asking for scheduled service plus I asked them to check out some other concerns I had from driving in pot-hole-filled Seattle. BUYER BEWARE: Unscrupulous practices. Thank goodness for the three day money back guarantee and having an outside mechanic go through the 2010 Escape. Auto Nation erased the history on the computer! Oil leak, check engine light erased, dangerously worn rack&pinion. Who knows if this car would have ever passed emissions. Save yourself all the time I wasted and shop elsewhere.

My experience working with Tim Stakkestad and the team at AutoNation Ford of Bellevue WA was outstanding (5 out of 5). I’m a man who knows what he wants in advance and prefers to not spend time driving to different dealers trying to figure it out. Shopping and talking often lead to being pressured by the same old sales techniques and waiting while the salesperson checks with the sale manager. I hate that. I experienced none of this at AutoNation. Instead, a few detailed emails that showed my payoff amount, what I expected for my trade, the discounts I wanted, where I wanted my payment to be, and the vehicle an features I wanted, and within 24 hours I was driving my new Ford F-150 off the lot. Likely the easiest experience I have ever had buying a new truck. If you do not like the old school sales pressure ways that everyone expects to have to deal with when shopping for a new vehicle, then give Tim and the AutoNation Ford of Bellevue a try.

Within 48 hours of service a warning light appeared that engine coolant was dangerously low so "seek service soon". I had to seek out a carparts store, buy coolant, and add it myself. F150 has 17K miles, module for bluetooth and voice commands failed. My confidence in Ford products is severely diminished. Fortunately, I had purchased extended warranty, so cost of repairs was minimized. I cannot recommend Ford.

I did not feel pressured at all when I ended up buying a new, rather than a used car, as I had originally intended. They simply laid the facts and options and I was able to make a smart choice. Tim Skakkestad at AutoNation in Bellevue, WA was very responsive in helping us find an F-350 that was close to our target vehicle. -Service Department is five stars, Josh (Service Manager) and Kyle H., are awesome to work with. I have a 2000 Ford F350 7.3L and Kyle is the ONLY mechanic I will let work on my truck. -Sales: I would rate as four stars. Yiwen "George" Li was a wonderful salesman, he and David made the transaction as smooth as a sales experience could go. The General Manager was professional and stepped in to help complete the transaction on a Certified Pre-Owned F150. -Finance: The rating scale does not go low enough to rate Jim in finance. A zero would be providing a complete disservice to the number zero. First he was the most pushy person I have ever met. He does not understand when a customer says, "no thank you", that it should be his cue to move on. He was rude, condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After telling him no thank you and no several times when he was offering the extended maintenance plan, I was forced to walk out of his office and get the GM. We have secured 1.9% financing vice the 3.9% that he offered as his "best deal". If you are purchasing a vehicle from Bellevue AutoNation, you are highly encouraged to find your own financing. Do not fall prey to his attempted strong arm tactics!!!!!!

The service center told me that I needed new tires on my 2 year old focus. They said that if I brought it in the next day there would be a rebate on the tires. Well instead of shopping around like I should have i was gullible enough to believe them. Brought the car back the next day and in fact there was no rebate on the tires which they didn't informe me about until after they put the new tires on my car. They told me that whoever told me that didn't know what they were talking about. Funny because that's YOUR employee who doesn't know what they're talking about. On another occasion told me I needed new brakes. Took it to get a second opinion and in fact no brakes needed. Now they are fixing the same clutch issue for the 4th time... Please get a second opinion if you take your car here. They just want your money and will lie to your face to get it.

Tim our salesmen was very pleasant, informative and helped us get into a new F-150. We had a lot of negative equity in the car that we were trading in and they managed to reduce that in the purchase of the new vehicle with the rebates.

Tim and the team at Autonation Ford Bellevue really knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, the experience was unlike any other I've had in the past. I popped open my laptop and worked while they did all the heavy lifting. I left feeling great about my purchase and will likely purchase my next C-Max there. Great job, guys!

Here's a prime example that one bad apple can sour a car purchase. In purchasing a 2015 Ford Transit XLT from AutoNation Ford Bellevue I found the entire staff to be excellent. In particular, my salesman was a very nice fellow. However the finance guy was rude and disrespectful to me. His immature approach to doing business was appalling. When I politely declined the myriad of extended warranties, service plans, paint sealant, undercoating, upholstery protectant, etc, etc, he was visibly displeased. He claimed that I was difficult to deal with and that he was not going to make any money off me. Additionally, the fact that I was making payment in full by check also bothered him. He begged that I make some sort of a partial payment and pay the rest later so that he would make some money off the deal. I scribbled out my check for the full amount, dropped it on the desk in front of him, scooped up my paperwork, said thank you, and left. I DID get the car I wanted. I will go back if I HAVE to.

I initially saw a Craigslist add for a pre-owned Volvo, and since I was in the market for a new car, I figured I'd take a look. I'm 33 and it was the first time on a car lot. Needless to say, I had no credit whatsoever. Nor did my girlfriend. We both have had the mentality of "cash up front" for years. At least a decade. Well, the Volvo had too many miles to get financed, but that didn't stop Austin or Jim from doing everything they could to get me in a new car that day. We laid out our budget and finances, and Austin showed us a 2007 Ford Fusion. Luckily we were able to get financed and we drove it home that day. Austin was a fantastic sales rep. He wasn't pushy at all, and really wanted to make sure I not only got what I wanted, but that I enjoyed what I got. Jim worked really hard to get us the right financing for the car, and was just as excited as we were when it finally went through. The car itself is fantastic. After just 48 hours I fell in love. It's smooth and handles great. For a V6, it does fine with gas mileage. And most importantly it's comfortable. Although I came in for an Audi S60, I left with a Ford Fusion. And I couldn't be happier.

I started working on the car I bought through Cars.com, narrowing down the places and options and finding the one I wanted and in my price range. I found the car at this dealership and began emailing to make sure it was available as I live over an hour away. We settled on a price for my trade-in and made an appointment. I arranged for financing with my credit union, and was approved. They are supposed to be a part of the CUDL network which is affiliated with my credit union. I handed them all of the papers which had the loan number and approval, and still they had me fill out a Ford Credit application, to my complete dismay, stating it was just a formality. After waiting over an hour for them to do paperwork they did not need to do, I got the finance manager that did not know the forms, or equipment and so I sat patiently while he printed form after form over and over again. When we were done, he told me I would not even have to go to the credit union because it was all done right there. To my amazement, 4 days later I received a call from ANOTHER finance company stating they were handling my loan. I chose my credit union for convenience and because they have always been very good at what they do. This company was in California, a "poor" credit company with higher than average interest rates. I have excellent credit so immediately I got on the phone with this dealer, at 2 in the afternoon. The finance manager I needed to speak to was not in until the following day. I called at 9:20.left a message, 10:30 left a message, and at 11:20 I got through to Matt. He was not a bit sorry or helpful for their MAJOR ERROR. Giving my information out to anyone without my permission is against the law. He stated the company had already funded it and that my credit union might have to refinance it. This was their error, not mine and they think it is okay to let things stay the wrong way they did it. He told me ANOTHER guy, Mike from their agency would call within an hour. He did not. I called my salesman and he told me that he's only the salesman and can only make sure that I am talking to the right people. 4 hours passed without a call and no resolution of a problem they caused, and now a whole day had passed since the initial call to notify them of their error. To say that they completely ruined the experience of buying a car would be an understatement. They have violated my trust and have shown a complete lack of regard for a customer and problem I DID NOT CAUSE.

I must say that I have never liked going to car dealerships to buy a new car, but dealing with Tim Stakkestad and the rest of the staff at Autonation Ford Bellevue was actually a delight. There was no nonsense or high pressure sales. We got the car we wanted with all the accessories we wanted at a fair price and we were in and out in less than two hours. We would have had to pay thousands more at other dealerships for a car that didnt have everything that my wife and I wanted. I am so glad that we made the short trip there. Well worth it! Our experience buying a vehicle at AutoNation Ford Bellevue could not have been any better. We left with exactly what we wanted and then some. Every singe person we dealt with was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Morten was fabulous to work with and went out of his way to assist in any way needed. His brother works at the Lego factory...how cool is that? We were very impressed with the finance gentleman, Matt, as well. He went above and beyond getting what worked best for our budget. My husband was eyeing his dream truck there, so I have a feeling we'll be back...from out of state even!

Wow, Wow, Wow! What an great experience! If buying an automobile was always like this I would look forward to buying more often. It started off with a phone call to AutoNation Ford and reaching Eddie Heisler! He was helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to find just the auto we wanted at the price we wanted without any high pressure salesmanship. AutoNation Ford has numerous dealerships to trade with to provide that special auto. I would give Eddie an A+ along with his sales manager, Barry Langdon in finding our future vehicle nearby in Oregon and having it delivered the next day. Eddie was willing to come in on his day off to fit our delivery schedule. We were also blown away by the fantastic service we received from the Finance Manager Matthew Palumbo who took our agreed to very good deal and went out of his way to make it fantastic, finding better financing, providing extra protective interior and exterior treatment and complete cost free service maintenance during the warrantee. What a great experience, tell me where else or how else you can get auto buying service anything close to what we experienced!

I bought a 2014 Ford Fusion Engeri from Daniel at Bellevue. In fact, he called me within 15 minutes of me filling out the online form inquiring about the car. He worked with me on all different buying and leasing options. Was patient, professional and not pushy. I liked that Bellevue was able to get the car I wanted from a network of other dealerships at the price I wanted. Daniel was able to show me special features of the Energi, since he owns one as well. By the time I found Bellevue Ford, I already knew the car I wanted and it was just a matter of pricing and no hidden discounts, fees or slick talking. Daniel listened to what I wanted, was straight forward and was able to get me the exact car I wanted at the price I wanted. Very happy.

We bought a car in July and the tags still haven't arrived and my temp tags expire tomorrow (Sept 10). My husband has called and called and each time he's been told they were being worked on our that they were in the mail. Friday he spoke with someone who promised them here by Monday(Sept 8) via FedEx. Still no tags. Today he called 5 times and not once did anyone help him or return his calls. This is a HUGE issue that needs to be addressed. What's the point of spending 20k on a car that can't be driven? Fix it AutoNation.

AutoNation Ford Bellevue has serviced my car since I bought it there aver 3 years ago. I've been very pleased that each time they have done the required service. On one occasion they took a bit more time than estimated. Since the service is included in my purchase contract I can't comment on the pricing. I've not paid for anything. They always wash the car after servicing. I have no reason to go to another dealer.

The moment I requested quote for my new Mustang online, I got an immediate response from Auto Nation. They are polite and humble all through the sales. I think it meets my needs, besides, it is comfortable and has big Sorte Nula/truck. I think each car has its own value. Besides, I think buying a ford car will make it easy to repair everywhere in the whole country. 6. For the price, I searched edmund, kbb, and my car is just a normal car, I think I could accept the price. 7. I don't mean other dealers are bad. To save time, I didn't check other dealers in detail. I checked only 3 dealers. I think each one has its own value. In a summary,I recommend to consider this dealer when you ant to buy a car. You could also check the internet, consult friends, compare with other dealers, it's up to you.

Ford of Bellevue was a horrible experience all the way around. Scratched my car inside and out. 17 visits to fix one issue. Treated like an idiot because I'm a woman in the service department and they never did detail the grease stain they left on my seat. Despite wiring multiple Complaints and complaining in person I keep receiving calls to please come in for more service. No thank you.

I bought an F150 from them a few weeks ago and the buying experience was a refreshing change from other dealerships. There was no pressure and they worked hard to get me prior service information & provided a carfax. They let me take it for a pre-purchase inspection and I also took it to my bodyshop for an inspection and the results were good. We agreed to a good price and the whole experience was not one of pressure to buy but of being helpful and friendly. I still like the truck and have no buyer's remorse and would buy from them again. Except my wife thinks we have too many cars already :-) My salesman was Khurram C., aka KC, and he was great.

On Monday March10th I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed and have new tires installed today at 8:00 A.M. as I am heading over two passes as I travel to California soon. I arrived ten minutes early. I pulled the car into the service bay and gave him my keys and information for my visit. The car is a 2012 Ford Flex that I purchased as this dealer. He tells me he doesn't have any tires for my vehicle and the earliest he could get the tires I requested on March 10th until Monday. I told him that wouldn't work. I told him I didn't care if he had to go buy tires from Big-O or Les Schwab tires. He said he couldn't do that. So I told him to just do the oil change then. Epic service failure in my opinion. Totally unprofessional and completely INCOMPETENT. Needless to say, I will be speaking with the Service Manager, Bob Silcox when he returns on Tuesday!! Can't wait!! Had to give a star rating to post. I really give them a 0.

I am now the owner of a beautiful new 2014 Escape. The sales experience from test drive to driving the car off the lot was outstanding. Tim S., the salesman, was courteous, paid attention to all details, was not overly aggressive in his communications but left little to chance or misunderstanding. This is my second new car at AutoNation Ford Bellevue. I will certainly come back for my next new car.
